Customer service was impeccable. I had ordered the wrong size case and they helped me immediately to see what they could do to help. People need to be really mindful that businesses are suffering through COVID just as much as everyone else. I was very happy with how much care they put into my situation. Thanks Jelly Cases!

Great customer service and product. I ordered the wrong case and they went out of their way to make sure I received the right case. The case is a great price and well made. Thank you!

It took about 2.5 weeks to get delivered but I did order it around Christmas time so that makes sense for the delay! My case looks great and fits my phone great! 10/10 recommend! 😍

I received a very nice quality phone case and I had a really nice experience with customer service when I had concerns about COVID’s impact on shipping. I would definitely buy from them again!

I absolutely love the look of this case. It matches my bling lens cover perfectly. For me, the longer delivery that expected was not an issue. People should remember phone cases are not “an essential item”, given the trauma affecting our flood affected victims, loss of their livestock and pets, COVID and the loss of transportation routing causing delays in produce and other essentials deliveries. Although I love the look and feel of my case, from a constructive point of view, you may consider adding a rubber insert inside the case to provide additional shock protection against drops. It would be worth it to pay an incremental cost for the additional protection.
