I purchased a iPhone case for my iPhone 11, I received the case and it won’t fit on my phone. I was asked by an Elijah to send pictures of my phone, pictures of my case, pictures of me trying to put the phone on the case and after I did all that the response was we sent you out the right phone case. I then responded I know you sent me out the right phone case but it doesn’t fit on the phone so what are you going to do about it? I have not heard anything back and that was four days ago. Never again will I order from this company. I finally heard back from this company. Sent me a new case and it fit!! Thank you

I am in Canada. I ordered my phone case and was unable to track my order through the tracking number provided. When I hadn’t received my phone case in a couple of weeks, I contacted the company. They sent me out another case which I received quickly. The phone case was excellent value and customer service was great !
