SCAM. Save Your Money
Complete scam. Don’t throw your money away! - received an invoice that was for $22 but the charge on my credit card was for $29 - order placed December 1st. According to the shipping email, the order was shipped December 1st. - according to the tracking number, the electronic information was created December 3rd, but the item was never received to be shipped. - There has been no update to the tracking information, no information can be provided by the shipping company because they haven’t received the item to be shipped, no update from the company explaining the delay, and when I reach out to the company I get an auto reply saying ‘we’re busy, we’ll get back to you when we’re less busy’. Beyond frustrating.
