Placed an order on August 13th, on August 16th I received an email with a tracking number stating that my order shipped. Since then, I have not received my item and hardly any updates. Also should mentioned that the tracking number given wasn’t even working. I’ve sent an email to customer support regarding this and no response yet. There are a couple reviews stating that even the positive reviews on this site are fake, and if I do receive a reply via email, no action will be taken. Even the replies to the bad reviews that I’ve looked over are very repetitive, almost like auto-responses. So I feel this company is very much a SCAM. This is extremely frustrating and stressful because I really wanted this phone case and now I feel like I wasted my money on this place. $20 isn’t a lot, but that doesn’t make it any less frustrating and now I have to take my business elsewhere. Should’ve the reviews before purchasing. SMH UPDATE*** It’s currently 10/06 and the case that I ordered JUSt came in the mail. The company saw my review weeks earlier and asked for a “case number” or order number via email to which I replied. NEVER heard back from them since then. Never purchasing from here again.

Really wish I’d read the reviews before ordering. I had the same experience it appears many others did: purchased in early August, they sent me an invalid tracking number, and after numerous attempts to contact them they won’t respond. I ended up having to dispute the charge with my bank as I’m fairly certain this company is a scam.

Fake tracking number. Its almost been a month since I ordered. I was excited about these cases and this is so inconvenient.

Ordered case, like many, and it hasn’t been shipped and I received an untraceable shipping number. When you email, they state if you email again you go to the bottom of the line for responses. Total scam, wish I’d researched before ordering.

Paid for order on July 28th. Got a shipping confirmation on August 19th.The tracking number is fake. I reached out to their sales team who hasn't responded in 5 days. Waiting 21 days to ship from sale of order is unacceptable. Fake tracking number is unacceptable. I can't speak to the quality of the products because I don't trust that I will ever get the product. It's been over a month since I placed my order.

I would give zero stars if I could. I have proof of 22 emails trying to get my case that I paid for and will never receive. They ended up deleting my account. I filed a report with the USPS and the better business bureau. They are in the process of seeing what can be done but because its overseas in Spain I probably will chalk this up as a scam. They took my money and never mailed the product. I want to warn others about this company. No matter what do not order from this illigitament company the good reviews are fake or paid for. Also don’t believe them when they say they send emails to you to make things right. They simply said all my prior emails got sent to a spam folder. That is not true. They deleted my account so they wouldn’t have to deal with them anymore. Their reply below is just as fake as their sending products to you!

Total scam. I ordered a phone case weeks ago and it has not arrived and when I type in the tracking number it says the number can’t be found so that’s obviously fake. Customer service has not responded to MULTIPLE emails. SCAM do not buy. Do not be fooled by positive reviews on this site, you can tell they are all FAKE, written by the company - especially when they say they have excellent customer service! No way! They do NOT ever respond as expressed by all the negative reviews. Update: company finally emailed me back, claiming all my emails to them were in - - I swear I’m not making this up - - their spam folder! You have GOT to be kidding me. They only responded because of this review. They also claimed that the tracking number sent to me was from their “old” shipping company by mistake and gave me a different one from their “new” shipping company - except that tracking has exactly one entry on it - “item received” - from 21 days ago and nothing else. How is this “tracking” ? I stand by my original review, this is a scam company from China and I know I will never receive the item I ordered. (And they are - again- not responding to any of my emails so I guess they are all once again going into their “spam folder”)

I’ve been asking for valid tracking information for 3 weeks. Ive sent various emails to customer service who have assured me my item is on the way but can’t provide any accurate tracking information, other than to tell me that the tracking number is valid (it’s not). At this point I’m positive they got away with my money. They have stopped responding to my emails asking for valid tracking a week ago. At the end of the day I’m not that upset over $30 but this company is a complete scam. Don’t buy products from them if you expect your products to arrive and good customer service. Edit: they replied to my email still with no tracking and no indication of when my case will arrive. Their response on here doesn’t help either. This company is a joke.
