I’ve been waiting for my case for almost 6 weeks now. The tracking they sent me has never worked. Any time I’ve contacted them about it, they basically just tell me to wait longer. Don’t bother with Jelly cases. Update: I finally asked them to cancel my order and refund me. Never heard back or received a refund for them so I disputed with my credit card company and the credit card company credited me. Still nothing from Jelly cases. What a rip off!

Places my order 2 weeks ago and nothing.. I’ll be contacting my bank about this as it’s clearly a scam.

I would not recommend any one ordering from this company. It’s a complete scam ! I have sent many emails since September and have been told it’s still on its way totally ridiculous I have asked for a refund but have not had a reply. I will have to contact my credit card company!! Discussed that this company is allowed to be in business.

BEWARE! If I could give 0 stars, I would. Scroll down and read all the reviews but ignore the positive ones -- they are as fake as this scam. The website is gorgeous, and so is their instagram. It looks completely legit. BUT DO NOT BE FOOLED, I PROMISE YOU. THEY ARE THIEVES. They will process your charge and never send you the product. They will write very nice responses saying they are sorry, there are shipping issues. They will send you FAKE tracking numbers. Please report them. There are several government sites for online fraud where you can do this. It's as simple as googling to find them. While your $22 may not be that big of a deal (or maybe it is?) EVERYONE'S $22 is -- and they are stealing from everyone. BEWARE. Read the rest of the reviews and you will see. And if you were scammed, write a review, too -- to balance out their fake positive ones.

I’ve emailed multiple times for tracking information, an update on shipping, or a refund. They take days to respond if they even do respond. They told me my item got held up because their shipping partner “ did not release some of their packages due to issues” in my area. LIES. I placed my order 8/25/2022, it’s been 7 weeks! Horrible, horrible, horrible. Wasted my time and money! Update: as of 10/26/2022, still haven’t received

Not sure why my previous review was removed? It’s now October 8th, I placed and paid for my order on Aug 15th and still have NO PRODUCT. I have requested a refund several times and my emails are now being completely ignored by Jelly Cases. If this is not a scam then what is it?

I ordered my cases on 30/8/22 and still have not received my items yet. I emailed them to enquire and they sent me what seems like a generic response and was told to wait 25 business days. I waited til 25 business day and since sent 2 more emails but no response (sigh). My order number is 85616. Jellycases - what is up? Respond!! Wish I checked reviews before making my purchase…shady company. Will report them if I don’t hear back soon!

No merchandise received, paid in full 2 months ago. No excuse except for the fact that you are THIEVES. Enjoy your greed, judgement day will be your reward.
