They send automated emails with fake tracking numbers and then they say they lost it and will ship a new one. Then it continues again with fake tracking numbers and lost items. It's been three months. UPDATE -11/18: They have blocked me from their Facebook page because I keep asking about my order. I have all their fake emails and messenger messages.

If only I can give a zero star. It’s been months since I placed my order and never received it. Have contacted the customer service multiple times and they kept saying it’s been shipped. You guys are just useless and liars. You’ve took my money and I’ve never received my order. I also requested my money back which you said you can’t. I will never recommend Jelly Cases to anyone. Extremely unprofessional and I’m very disappointed. I wonder if it’s a genuine company. Sound like a bloody scam. Hope you enjoy my money and from others which you do not deserve. Just remember Karma!!

I’d put a negative zero if I could. This website is an absolute scam. Yeah they reply to ur emails but they don’t refund you or send you your product. Don’t waste your time & buy from here , you won’t get your product you will just scammed.

I ordered 3 months ago for what should of been a bday present!! It never came and I asked for my money back from customer service takes forever to reply. They said that they can’t give my refund since it’s already shipped but that was 1 month ago when they said it and still hadn’t received my product! Don’t buy from them, it’s a scam

I don’t believe this company is legitimate. I haven’t received my order and when I tried to track my order via their website with my order number and email address, a message popped up saying “TRACKING INFO NOT FOUND. Please check if the order info is correct.” To make matters worse, they took charged my account the price of my order.
