March 15th and haven’t heard a peep from them since January. They needed me to choose different cases as the ones I originally ordered were out of stock. They just keep saying they will ship them right away and it never happens. Now they just ignore my emails asking for updates. Order 87416 for $88.50. Tell me where my order is or give me a refund!!!! SECOND UPDATE** it’s February 16th 2023, Ordered September 2022. I email “Taiza”with zero response. They just don’t care. They should be ashamed of themselves. COMPLETE SCAM! UPDATE* It’s now Dec 29th, they said they would ship out my cases Nov 30th and would arrive 7-10days. I still have NOTHING. Then they said some were out of stock, so I had to pick new ones. I literally sent my new choices within hours of this email. STILL NOTHING. I’ve requested a refund, STILL NOTHING. Zero correspondence as to when I will have these cases I ordered. Hundreds of $$$ spent and NOTHING. JUST FAKE REPLYS TO KEEP YOU HOPING. Please do not purchase from this company. It’s so much more hassle than anything! Product says shipped September 25th and it’s now 2 months later. I’ve sent them multiple emails requesting Info and a refund for my orders. Receive NO RESPONSE from them. I ordered once from them before and received after a month so when I got a new phone I ordered again. What a joke this company is. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I ordered a phone case from this company. I have been waiting over a month and they have given me a incorrect or false order number as it doesn’t show in the system. I have emailed them asking the ETA of the product and I have heard nothing. Do not order from this company or even waste your time considering purchasing anything from this company as they do not respond to email or even give you tracking details.

I ordered a case and screen protector for my daughters iPhone. I received a confirmation and money was taken immediately. After 2 weeks I’d received no shipping notice so I wrote to Jelly Cases. I received an auto reply saying they’d received my question and would get to it eventually. After another week I wrote again saying I would be requesting a refund through my CC company. After another week still no response so I’ve requested a refund through my CC company. On the other hand they are great at sending you a ton of junk Mail. Update: one day after and in response to posting this review I received a response from Jelly Cases saying that my product has “already been forwarded to our shipping partners” and that shipping can take “up to 25 days” and that my package would be “arriving soon. I’m more hopeful but don’t really know if/when this was shipped or if/when it may arrive. I’m disappointed that it took an online review to get a response.

SCAM don’t waste your time or money, ordered my case on the 19 September 2022, still nothing. Got one reply to my 30 emails, saying it was on its way. Tracking number dos’nt exist, they are crooks. UPDATE 14/12/22 My cover arrived - Yay. Thanks, more communication would have been the key, it took a while to get here but I have it now.

I can confirm that Jelly Cases is a 100% scam. Do NOT purchase from these unethical people.

I ordered a Jelly iPhone case and never received it. The company responded to my emails saying that it can take 25 days for the item to arrive. I ordered my phone case 8/29/22 and still don’t have it. The company has stopped replying to emails and has not refunded my money as requested. I still do not have an iPhone case. I would never order from this company again. Order #85585

I have ordered from jelly cases 3 times in the past and have never had any issues. Love the cases, emails were responded to promptly. In Oct my case finally bit the dust. So I ordered another one from jelly. Still have not received any email about it being shipped. Tracking info not found. I’ve emailed twice with no response, and yes I’ve checked my junk folder. I would either like my case or my $44 back! Will never order from them again. You let me down jelly cases!!!

ORDER#85374 -10 STARS if I could. Stole my money. Don’t buy a THING from this site. Ordered MONTHS Ago! Emailed customer service multiple times they don’t ever reply I am truly pissed as I’m struggling with money anyway and it seems this whole website is just taking everyone’s money don’t know how they’re even still up. I wrote a review two months ago and they took it down! No refund, $22 just stolen from me.
