This company doesn’t deserve a 1* They’re scam artists. My case came 8 weeks later and doesn’t fit. No response from customer service about a return. They’re THE WORST company I have ever dealt with.

I wish there was a way to leave a negative review! Scam company. Don’t fall for their “sales”. Got an “oops” email that they had an influx of sales and backed up at their warehouse. DO NOT ORDER. It’s been 6 weeks and still no case. I have attempted to contact them several times and they don’t reply.

Absolute scam company. I placed an order months ago and received an email saying that they were out of one of the cases I ordered, which makes no sense because why does your website say its in stock? Then after tons of emails back and forth they NEVER refunded my money. They kept sending me in circles. Disgusting scam company. I hope one day people come after them with a class action lawsuit. Scammers. Do NOT spend your money here.

I messed up and did not read reviews before ordering. There has been no response from customer service. I found in the FAQ: IMPORTANT NOTE: Orders CANNOT be canceled after a confirmation email has been sent to the customer.

I’m following up to my last review. They reached out AFTER I posted a bad review and apologized and said a bunch of excuses and that they’ll send my case now. I ordered it in September. I clearly don’t need it anymore. And have asked repeatedly for a refund. Even this time to whoever replied to me.why ship it now when I said I don’t need it. It’s basic common sense. Customer places an order. Customer expects order to arrive in time stated. If not, customer gets money back. Not, we send fake emails saying it’s been shipped when it hasn’t and then make up excuses for three months. Seriously people. Never order from this company. Im filing a complaint asap about this place. They should t be on business.

Two months waiting for my order and still hasn’t arrived, not sure it will. I asked for a refund but they didn’t even answer to that, just said sorry it will take longer than expected here’s a discount for your next purchase. Hello? Not buying here again.

Received my order a month later and damaged. The part of the glass came shattered. They just threw my order in a think bubble wrap envelope. I have sent them many messages regarding this matter and included picture and video of the damaged phone case. A week now and still no answer. Do not waste your time and money on this company!

I have been waiting for 4 months for a case I ordered and paid for, despite over 6 emails to them asking as to where it was, I was first told the deliver had been returned due to problems at there end, then they said it had been resent, it still didn’t arrive and finally no reply to several requests asking where it was! I have had enough and informed my Bank to retrieve the money. Too many negatives about this company,
