Ordered a christmas cover with express deliver for my daughter a month ago. Still nothing in the Mail. 40$ out of the window. Shame on jelly cases, tricking my 9 year old daughter into using her hard earned money! 😢

Don’t order never. A total scam of a company. Initially replied to my email but now nothing. 2 months and still no product. Really angry at myself for wasting money.

Has been almost 2 months and still have not received my order… I hadn’t received shipping confirmation so emailed to follow it up. They were quick to respond saying my order had been passed over to the shipping partner but still didn’t receive shipping/tracking number. Have recently emailed to follow up again and ask for refund… and no response from them at all. I wish I had read reviews here beforehand!!

Ordered and they didn’t give me the discount that was supposed to be applied -now I haven’t received anything or the discount even though they charged me -says there is no record of my order. I’m reporting them asap to BBB.

Have not heard anything since placing an order 3 weeks ago although my credit card has been charged.

2 weeks so far and nothing... I haven't had a shipping confirmation but of course they were quick to take the money straight away. Emailed to ask where my order was and got some blanket response saying they would get back to me. They haven't and I wish I had read reviews here beforehand. Should have just gone with Casetify goddammint.

I ordered a case in June and still have not received it!!! It's coming from China and I kept getting tracking numbers but have never received the item. Will never order from here again!!!!
