SCAMMM!!!! Placed an order for 2 cases on October 15th.. it’s been more than two months and I still haven’t received any update from them!! I have sent numerous emails requesting for an update or to give refund but no response! I’m disgusted by the kind of customer service they have where you don’t get any response… please do not purchase anything from them.. the one five star review I suspect is an internal post to balance all other one star reviews.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I ordered 2 cases back in October and still haven't received them. I emailed them numerous times and have NEVER received a response. Even in their *contact us* section they state "All emails are personally read and replied to by our Customer Service staff." I didn't receive ANY response. This company is a JOKE... don't order from them... I guess my only option now is to contact my credit card company to deal with it. UPDATE (2/2/23) So I finally received my order in January after posting my initial review... but one of the cases I ordered was not the same color as shown in the photo. At this point, I don't even want to email the company about the product since I wasn't receiving any responses. But today, I get an email to specifically tell me to take down my review since my order was delivered. I think this review is still relevant to show that they need to improve their customer service. I know that there are some circumstances that are out of their control when it comes to shipping, but your customer service is in your control. Please work on that.

Never received my order. Placed at the end of October it has been 2 months and they can’t even give me an update! Buyer beware

Jelly cases is a scam. Ordered on December 6, 2022, and my items have not shipped. Sent an email received 1 reply since December 11, nothing! I’m out $40 and my daughter did not get the phones cases she wanted for Christmas. DO NOT ORDER!!!

Very disappointing! I was so looking forward to a beautiful case for my phone, but it appears that this site is a total scam. They have blamed the shipping carrier and circumstances beyone their control, but I've been waiting for 3 months now, and nothing. As an elderly person, I feel very disillusioned and disappointed at the dishonesty and conduct of this 'company'. Don't waste your money!

It’s been over 1 month since my order was placed and I still haven’t received my cases . I’ve emailed customer service multiple times with out any response. Don’t advertise 7-15 day shipping if you aren’t able to do as you say. This is a very inefficiently ran business. I do not recommend purchasing any items from Jelly Cases.

Terrible TERRIBLE company. Ordered a case 9/26 and three months later it hasn't arrived. Tracking number is expired. I've emailed them multiple times and their advice is to be "patient" and give me 15% off my next order. Whenever I've mentioned the word "refund" they completely ignore the message. Do NOT order from them, like every review says this is a SCAM.

Zero customer service. Emails replied with automated response only. Had to get my bank involved before the item was received. Never a response to any of my emails. Took 3 months to receive item. Sent quickly once my bank contacted them.
