They didn’t have the original case I ordered in stock, they offered a replacement after I picked one I got an automated email it was going to be delayed with an unknown date. They then ignored 5 emails from me to cancel it instead. They only emailed back after the case arrived a month later. They have now been ignoring my emails asking for a refund. They also delete negative reviews from their website.

Never received my cases. Wish i had read the reviews before I ordered the cases.

Absolute scam!!! Received broken case (which looked nothing like the picture to begin with) was back and forth with emails with them for months (after not hearing anything initially for a month) and still haven’t received a refund. Please do not buy from them! They are incredibly incompetent.

Broke after one week of using it. Do not purchase.

I ordered over $50 worth of cases back in October of 2022. I have sent multiple messages to this company and they have never responded. I want my cases or my money back. I've tried to be EXTREMELY patient but they have chosen to ignore me and I think that is a poor experience so I will go to every review site I can to warn people about this scam.

I give this company 0 stars. I ordered several cases in November 2022 for Christmas stocking stuffers. I’ve never received anything from them. I have sent email after email and get the same response every time - offering me a discount to purchase more!!! They have not refunded my money despite me asking them too - and there is no resolution after all these months (it’s March 2023). This company looks great!! Strong presence on social media - but it’s smoke and mirrors. On the Facebook profile they have hidden their reviews. It’s a scam. The cases are so pretty!!!! But it’s not real.

I was hoping I wouldn’t have to write this negative review but here it goes. I ordered a phone case on December 23 2022 and just like the MANY reviews I have read here (after the fact), its February 28th and it hasn’t arrived. They communicated a few times about how it got lost and its no longer available and to pick another one. I emailed them numerous times that I want a refund and now they do not answer at all!!! PLEASE. PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! It truly is a SCAM!

Scammers. No contact, no delivery, no refund! I’ve reported them to Shopify - I urge you all to do the same.
