It's been two weeks and my order never shipped. Sent them a message but they aren't replying. I will be filing a claim to get my money back. Really wish I had read the reviews. My brand new phone has had no protection and because they won't fullfill my order has already been damaged.

First off it took them a month to ship and deliver my order, then once order was received the tempered glass screen protector was broken/shattered.

I ordered two cases at end of April. I received a confirmation but no shipping details. Sent messages to them in the 11th May and 30th May as needed cases for my holiday. Never replied….never received my case…..shoddy company . DO NOT BUY!!!!

Ordered 2 cases. After 4 weeks neither had arrived. I emailed and was told they were in transit. One case arrived about 5 days later but the second case did not. I emailed the company again and was told it had been lost in shipping and to pick a new case. Went through the website and found one that was ok, it wasn’t available. I then asked for money to be returned to me for the case that did not arrive as I didn’t care to put anymore time it this and they have not responded. I have sent 3 more emails and nothing. Now 9 weeks in. Horrible ethics. They don’t even deserve one star. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a case May 31. I received an order confirmation but no shipping confirmation. On June 12 I reached out, and received several replies telling me to wait. I still did not receive a shipping confirmation. It's now June 26, and I've received no further updates nor any shipping confirmation. I asked for them to cancel my order and issue a refund, and I've received no further communication. I will be following up with my bank to pursue the matter, and contacting authorities to resolve this issue. Edit as of July 1: After posting this public review, I received a refund within 24 hours.

I ordered a case for my girlfriend in February of 2022. Then a couple months later I got an email saying they no longer had that case. I asked for a refund and have not heard back since. It is now June of 2023. Horrible company and very unprofessional management. Have emailed multiple times since than and have not received emails back.

I ordered a case from them directly at the beginning of this month and I never received a tracking number so I sent them an email and all I got was an automated response telling me to refer to their FAQs page. I waited another week and still no tracking number or response from them. So I sent another email. Again, the same exact automated response. I sent another email a day later and I got the same result as the two times before. Today, now the 20th of the month, furious about having no tracking number or any information about my order I demanded they send my tracking number and that I receive my phone in a timely manner or to have my money back into my account today. Still waiting to see what happens. I strongly urge no one to order anything from this website because this is absolutely ridiculous especially for someone new to the company!

I ordered two cases - one was the incorrect size and they both took so long to arrive that I needed another case before I could use them. I reached out to return the items and the communication slowed to a halt. They told me that the return would cost too much and instead offered be a 50% off a future purchase. They claim to offer returns on their website but it is a scam.
