Took weeks to even be shipped and customer service was unhelpful.

Ordered a Leather Chain Case for my wife's Iphone 14 Pro Max. The item came and was delivered 2 weeks and a day after the item was ordered. The delivered item would not fit my wife's Iphone 14 Pro Max and also the case is flimsy and would not risk using the case for Iphone 14 Pro Max. Informed customer service and they requested pictures. We sent 4 pictures showing the area where the case would not fit and showing my wife's phone with respect to their product. I was pressing for a return and was offered buy one and get 50% off and if i were to return the item, i had to pay $10 more for the cost of the case just to return it. In essence, they was diplomatically saying you can return the case and there would be no refunds. I asked them how they can make it right and followed up giving them a week deadline to provide how they can do right by us and never gotten a response. Also, filed a dispute charge with my credit card company. Please don't buy from them. They don't deserve your business.

Do not buy from this company. Not only did it take over a month to finally receive an email that my order was delayed (go figure?) but once it finally shipped, there was ONE attempt to deliver it to my apartment, which failed. The carrier they use does not have a customer service line, Yin Express, and there was ZERO attempt to redeliver this package. I’ve never needed to be home to sign for things and wasn’t told I would need to be home. Needless to say, I’ve never received my order and we’re going on month #2 now. When I reached out to customer service about this problem, I was asked to confirm my address, which I did, and then never heard back from them after multiple attempts to reach out about a refund. The last time I’ve received an answer was July 28th. I’ve ordered a new phone case from Casely, got to my apartment in two days. My old case was literally broken and my phone suffered damage from waiting for a new one that never came. Shame on this company for the complete scam that they are. *update, I finally received a refund

Update: After 8 disappointing and frustrating months, I finally received a refund for my purchase that I never received. I will never order anything else from Jelly Cases, because I doubt I would receive it. Leaving this review was the catalyst for getting their attention and getting my money back: Jelly Cases is a SCAM! I ordered a phone case for my daughter for Christmas. First they said it got lost in the mail, then they were all out of stock. They offered to replace it with a different style and would send the tracking info the next day. They never sent the case or the tracking information. Then they stopped responding to my emails. I disputed the charge with my bank but Jelly Case told my bank that I had authorized the charge and that they had sent the product. I have spoken to others who have had the same thing happen. Do not give them your money!!

The company sent me a completely different model of case. They proceeded to tell me they do not sell that specific model so basically I am crazy. Said the actual case was on its way. It's been over a month and no case and radio silence from the company. Asked for tracking - silence. Asked for my money back - silence. Do not order from this company.

Not even a one star. I ordered a case almost 2 months ago the first one apparently got misplaced…so they told me to pick another one. I asked for my money back because it took so long to ship and as soon as I asked for my money back they said it was shipped. * eye roll* The second case I ordered was supposedly delivered by Uni Uni. But was not delivered! I signed up for text updates as soon as it was supposedly delivered I checked the door not there. I contacted Jelly Cases who has brushed me off so many times and keeps emailing me from a Elija the only CSR that I was in contact with. I contacted Uni Uni send my camera footage and pictures of my door. Even though they sent me a picture of the door they delivered too that is clearly not my door with a photo shopped 606 on it they are still refusing to give me my money back. At this point it’s not about the 30 dollars. DO NOT order from this place!! Why didn’t I read all reviews 🤦🏼‍♀️They just “ closed the ticket” don’t have a case or my money back.

Do not order from this company! After a month of waiting for my case, I had to chase it up only for them to tell me that the order was 'lost in the mail'. They only let me know this AFTER I reached out to them, so my only conclusion is that this company is either fraudulent or just run by monkeys. I asked for a refund, lets see how that goes! Ha!

Good morning, Unfortunately I have had a similar experience to the rest of the one star ratings it seems. I placed an order on a case and it has been over a month without any updates, after sending multiple E-mails requesting additional information.
