Why oh why didn't I read the reviews BEFORE I made a purchase from this joke company! Schoolboy error! If you've read the rest of the reviews, you'll know the pattern I've experienced - placed an order (Jelly Cases happily snaffle up my money)...the case doesn't arrive. I chase them several times and receive an automated response which gives you a 'ticket number' - fools you into thinking someone is going to respond and deal with it on their behalf. Of course not! Tumbleweed! Despite their protesting on this site, this is either a scam company or the best you can hope for is that they're just incompetent. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Ordered months ago. They finally told me it was lost but would send another. Still no case. I’ve bought another and asked for a refund. I now get no response.

My phone case was very expensive but within a couple of weeks had begun to discolor and now looks embarrassingly dirty. It wont come clean no matter what. The Jelly Case company say too bad - I should have returned it within a couple of days! They haven't responded to my follow up email. Poor quality product and service!

I have made an order, and i still haven't received my phone case. I have emailed multiple times and they are still unanswered. Don't bother ordering a phone case through them, they just take your money!!

Do not buy from them, worst experience ever. They said the order got lost after 4 weeks of emailing them, then they responded by stating they would organise replacement, 6 weeks hear nothing. Requested a refund - nothing. Should not be trading…. Still waiting on refund 🙈 I have sent over 30 emails to your customer services email of which I do not get replies. Absolutely shocking !

UPDATE Nov 12: Jelly cases responded to this review saying “they’ve reached out over social media and email” they have not as of this updated post. The item also hasn’t been “lost in shipping” as according to the tracking it hasn’t even been shipped. I have also reached out to them consistently at the email they provided below with no response. DO NOT purchase from this shop, they are a SCAM. ORIGINAL POST Nov 11: I purchased cases on August 6th, 2023 with no sight on actually receiving the items. I have reached out 3 times since then asking to cancel my order and refund me, seeing as my order (to this day) hasn’t been shipped. If you’re considering a purchase DON’T DO IT. I looked at reviews prior to ordering, and at that time the reviews were OK, the biggest complaint was that they did take a bit to arrive (few weeks late) - but it’s been 3 months now, going on 4. All recent reviews are now similar experiences to mine. I’m not sure what’s changed but do not purchase from this scam company.

I’ve been emailing them to cancel the order so many times and still hasn’t got single reply yet. I wouldn’t order if I knew I had to wait so long. They should have explained us before purchasing. They are just taking our money.

I ordered early September. Now it’s mid November. I’ve had one email to indicate there are shipping delays but have sent two follow up emails with no response. Very disappointing.
