I ordered the phone case a month ago. It finally arrived and it is in excellent condition. The customer service personnel that I emailed had been really informative. I wish they would have originally sent an email that there were shipping issues. So I am changing my review from a one star to five stars.

I was initially sent the wrong size phone case but when I e-mailed customer service they were apologetic and sent the correct size. I had to wait some time; there was 1.5 months between when I first made my order to when I received the correct case, but I ended up with exactly what I wanted, very happy with the product and would not hesitate to order from this company in the future.

Jelly Cases was super responsive! Even though we had a delay in shipping as so many companies do right now- they were very responsive in updates and once we had the tracking available we were reassured. My daughter loves her new case!
