Shipping took longer than expected so I emailed them. Communications with the staff were timely so I appreciated that. Although at 1 month they said the item was either lost or the shipping updates had stopped. The items I ordered ended up coming a few days later. I really love my case so I will order from them again. Just wish the shipping updates were more clear.

The range of cases and choice There are a lot of choices, however, these cases are only really suited to a small number of people that like the design. Maybe make a range for boys. More space-themed cases. Customisable cases are a good idea, so people can put their name on them or put a photo of a pet or something else. Also, please make plain cases that are customisable. Clear ones are great as well. The cases aren't that protected, maybe make reinforced plastic on the edges to make them tougher. Also, people should be able to choose from a big range of colours and choose the toughness level. The cases are very expensive as well. Having more accessories would be great.

I hope this review helps someone like me! I ordered 2 cases from this company and then decided to read reviews which convinced me I was being scammed, terrible customer service, but I did get my first case (a month later) and the case is super cute, looks like the pictures & seems to be decently protective. Only giving 3 stars to hopefully stand out a little and let someone know that my case did come! I will update you when I get my second case! UPDATE: I finally got my second case Jan 12, looks just like the pictures as well. Overall if you are buying from jelly cases, I wouldn’t worry about it being a scam, just expect it to arrive a month or so later. I hope someone can find this useful! :)

Case quality is pretty good and both of mine that I received look exactly like the images on their website. I’m only giving 3 stars because the shipping took forever (waited a whole month to receive my cases) and after contacting their customer service team, no one EVER responded to me. Cases are cute but customer service is really poor. Probably wouldn’t repurchase again.

Found this site through Instagram, where they have a good number of followers which made me think it was legit. I ordered a phone case on June 26th and it has still not arrived nearly a month later. The last time I got any tracking information was on July 6th, so over two weeks ago, where it claims to somehow still be in China. They also use the site 17Track.net for tracking which apparently is commonly used by scammers. I’m very confused because I can’t find a single thing on the internet that would indicate that this site is a scam, but at this rate it does not seem like my order is ever going to come. IF my phone case is ever received, I’ll update this review but it still won’t be good due to the slow shipping time and lack of updates. Finally received phone case on August 3rd, over a month after ordering it. Case is good quality and really pretty, looks exactly like the picture. Still very disappointed in the lack of shipping updates. I do agree with another reviewer that they must delete negative instagram comments. They really need to work on their communication with customers.
