I've been ordering things from JSC for about two years now and I've never been disappointed with the quality, seeing a lot of these bad reviews over what happened Friday is just ridiculous considering it was on the hands of Shopify not Jeffree or his team. Some of you need to relax.

People need to calm down. The site crashing is NOT on JSC. It happens when millions of people are clicking refresh. It took awhile to get my confirmation email, but I did receive it. It takes patience and common sense to realize that it's going to take awhile for the website to function. It's not the company's fault and shouldn't have a reflection of their products. Goodness.

I am a HUGE fan of JSC. I have over 40 lip products, several eyeshadow palettes. Several accessories and clothing. I would have to say that Jeffree’s products are anything BUT cheap. Everything is packaged so nicely and I’ve never received anything broken, dry, or non creamy. When you get a JSC item, he makes sure you get what you’re wanting. I hope people realize Jeffree also has millions of customers and the sites crash with huge launches.

First experience finally ordering JS Cosmetics, I honestly had no issue and it was delivered before the 2 weeks delivery time. All makeup was in good condition and packaged properly. Would definitely purchase again :)

Aucun soucis, achat reçu dans les temps! J'ai commandé deux fois sur le site (une palette avant que la marque ne soit dispo en France) et une Mystery Box (mini) ce mois ci. Attendez vous à avoir des frais de douane pour vos colis, surtout si l'achat dépasse les 30/35€. J'ai eu la chance de n'avoir aucun frais de douane sur ma mystery box payée 20€ + 10€ de fdp. Tout est systématiquement très bien emballé et le suivi est très précis. En cas de soucis le SAV est très réactif!
