I have always gotten my products SUPER fast (except the Shane collab which I totally understand). I have also reached out to customer service twice and gotten emails back within a couple hours. Nothing bad from me!

OMG people? What is with these reviews? I also ordered palette on the 1/11/19. I’ve not got it yet but I have my email and tracking number - and Jeffree has posted updates on Instagram and Twitter virtually every single day. They got 4 months of orders in 30 mins. They literally broke Shopify which usually handles 100s of stores and literally millions of purchases simultaneously! How can you not say you’ve not been updated when there have been regular updates on social media?! And knowing this why even bother spamming their customer services - when they have so much on their hands already! Just be patient! You also have to bear in mind that it’s coming up Xmas and mail carriers are already stretched. Just be patient. And it doesn’t matter whether you ordered from the new or old range - the same place is having to handle all of the orders. They hoped to be caught up by the 23rd Nov which was 3 days ago!! Then add shipping on top of that. And remember it’s WORKING days. I have 100% confidence in the brand.

Everyone here needs to CALM DOWN. I have ordered from Jeffree multiple times. Anytime ive had an issue it was taken care of by customer service. And i always got my product. This isnt a massive corporation that can handle millions of orders in a few days like most of the major companies out there. and most broken product is going to be from shipping which happens with anything you order online at some point or another. Everything i have ever order has been beautiful and high quality. Dont worry Jeffree we OG's still stan!

Very happy with the whole process! As expected after that kind of launch, it took almost 4 weeks to be shipped and delivered, but in the end it did. For an international Shipping (Germany) most time, almost a week, was lost due to the processing at the customs office. Worth it :)

I promise, you guys, jeffree WILL get back to you. I just got my tracking information & i ordered nov 2/19. Its now the 22, and they just emailed me!! Yay!! You can count on him! Cant wait to try my liquid lip

I've had a good experience with all my Jeffree cosmetics things I have bought. People who are saying otherwise don't follow him on social media overall this is a good website and the colors are soo pretty.

I haven’t had any problems this company at all. Yes it does take a while for some things to ship, but that’s to be expected with a huge lunch or a huge mystery box orders. I’m actually very surprised to be receiving my conspiracy Collection order this weekend. I wasn’t expecting it to be shipped so fast. Sometimes it is to customer service little while to get back to me, but I mean with over 1 million customers I’m pretty sure it has to be a little frustrating for them or a little hardTo keep up with everyone. I bought a velour liquid lip in the shade Deceased and translucent setting powder. Love them both! The lippie isn’t drying or crackly, is super pigmented, and stays on forever! The setting powder literally smells like cotton candy and sets my makeup like concrete! I will never use a different brand of setting powder. I also received the order within a week and it came just in time for my birthday! Will forever support Jeffree and his brand.
