I just recently purchased one of the Mini Mystery Boxes Jefree Star Cosmetics were selling for their Black Friday sale and I absolutely love the lip color shades I got along with the exclusive stickers that were also in the box! This is goon to be a Christmas gift for my 11 year old niece that is getting into makeup and its the perfect fit for her. I also want to compliment them on the way they handled the little mess up with the first advertising and actually refunding everyone that purchased the Mini box! So refreshing to see a company own up to a mistake, even one so small and actually care about their costumers enough to do this refund for so many and take the loss just to make good with their customers! I am definitely looking forward to getting my Mini Controversy palette and will definitely be buying from them in the future!

I ordered the Mini Conspiracy palette when it launched and I received everything in perfect condition, just as I expected! I knew there would be a delay because of the sheer volume of orders, so I knew to be patient. (Unlike some other people who don’t get how orders and shipping work) Even with all the chaos on launch day and only being able to order the mini palette because everything else I wanted was sold out, I was happy with the entire process and the quality product I received!

I have never had a problem with jsc! Some things take a little longer to ship, but that’s it. During big releases expect shipping to be longer, other than that it’s great!

I’ve ordered from Jeffree far too many times and had AWESOME customer service responses and FAST SHIPPING. All of the products are WORTH IT!!! You get your moneys worth!! All of you need to chill. Jeffree posted updates on all of his social media platforms explaining that those who bought MORE than TWO products, were cancelled because he allows only TWO products per purchase to prevent people from reselling his products at jacked up prices. His Shane X Jeffree collection literally BROKE the website and they received FOUR MONTHS OF ORDERS!!! You WILL get your products. Calm down!

Jeffree Star Cosmetics is amazing. I ordered the conspiracy pallete on November 1st, I also ordered a mirror and the gloss on the same day. Had free shipping. I did have to wait 4 hours on the website but that was understandable given the fact it was their largest release to date. Within the weekend I got a shipping confirmation and received my products less than a week after ordering. The products themselves we AMAZING and very high quality. You can definitely see and feel the difference between Jeffree's products and other companies. Jeffree's products are worth the money and worth the wait!
