I ordered the mystery box for my daughter who is a huge fan and it was her birthday.... after she made me watch countless videos of him and was so excited that she would be getting the mystery shade lip stick i agreed and bought it knowing you get what you get but per his video he promised everyone who ordered would be getting the mystery shade not a shade that could be bought.... her box comes she opens it and didn't get the mystery shade.... she re watched the video and shes like mom he clearly says it will be in all the boxes. I agree with her and write his customer service thinking will mistakes happen she will get it and they will fix the error. Nope instead i get a generic email that looks like it was copy and pasted from a template and not actually looked into..... please next time make sure it isnt said that every mystery box will get a mystery color and not one that i can go and buy online...

I ordered 4 lipsticks for christmas and they all arrived and were perfect. i thought i had lost one so i ordered another of the same colour i thought i lost. after i found it i emailed the customer service team to see if i could return the other one since it hadn’t been opened at all. not even from the shipping box. literally never got a reply and it’s be 2.5 months. probably won’t order again even though i like the products.

BEWARE CUSTOMS FEES!!! As a Canadian customer it came as a shock when I had to pay $29 customer fee at delivery despite the $10 shipping I already paid. It didn’t come in the pink box I was expecting and the products just seemed thrown in without a care. I liked the products but the customer service/shipping is very poor.

For makeup I rate JS’s company high, however, their processing and shipping of the four orders I’ve placed so far (over the last year) is pitiful. Very very very slow. It’s never been as bad as some of the reviews on here (over month is crazy!!), but why is it taking five days just to get my order processed? I’m in the US so this order should be here already. Two more days tops. Obviously I keep buying from the brand because it’s good quality, and what I want isn’t sold at ULTA. When I check Morphe’s site, the things I want are usually sold out. But JS’s shipping isn’t cheap and it’s never discounted. The least the brand can do is ship their items out in a reasonable amount of time.

Products are amazing no complaints there. HOWEVER, the team should make it explicitly clear that you are going to be charged by customs when purchasing from Jeffree Star Cosmetics directly. For a shipment from JSC to Ireland I paid just shy of €40 on customs charges. Whaaaaaat! Either make the option to buy as a 'gift' or actually state and let customers a) know they will be charged and b) calculate customs on the website. I will not be purchasing from the site again. Stick to beautybay UK/NI and ROI customers!

I have ordered from JSC 3 times. The first two orders were okay, and then I ordered from the blue blood launch and I have NO IDEA where my order is. Has it shipped? Has it not? I have not gotten a notification since March 29th. Also, I have emailed twice with no response. What is going on?

I ordered a mystery box that came with a shirt. The shirt has a manufacturer defect and they won't replace it because too much time has passed. It's a t-shirt that I received in February in Michigan which is the reason it wasn't washed until April. Their word appears to be final. So now I have to explain to my wife why she can't have the shirt that came with her anniversary present. Friggin sucks. I don't even wear makeup.

The quality of the products are great. However, this does NOT make up for the fact that it took me over a month to receive my order. When I asked customer service it turns out it was preorder. They did not tell me this when I ordered the product. Plus the lipstick I ordered for my mom "scorpio" seemed to be expired or something because it was sucking the moisture from her lips (I even tried it to make sure she wasnt just saying that because she wasn't used to matte) when I tried it, it caused pain to my lips but the 2 I ordered for myself (androgeny and candyass) didn't do that. For the price I paid I expected so much more. I will not be purchasing again because I can find dupes that will not take forever and will not send me expired or inconsistent products. Note: I bought this stuff back when the company first launched them and the controversy was not around.
