I am very disapointed with this company. My package is late, still haven't come, i don't where it is and they also don't know where it is. You can't track you order. They don't care about your package and they don't reply to your emails. Very bad customer service and company. Don't order anything from this page!!!!!

WORST service I've had in my entire life from ANY company.I tried to buy three lipsticks from this site.Altogether it cost a lot.I waited past the estimated arrival date.When I finally contacted customer service they said as it was an item shipped internationally,once it was delivered by them and it left the US they did not care or track the item at all.It was,according to them,my responsibility to find it.The products NEVER arrived.They did not care if the package was lost in international post and I was unable to locate it.When I asked for help they were rude and ignored my problem.They took my money without ever giving me the things I paid for.When I asked for a refund they told me they would not give me one then rudely ignored my emails completely.No one should expect to receive their purchases if they shop from them outside the US.Howeve,I imagine if items paid for did get lost for US customers too they would care just as little.They are con artists and shouldn't be trusted.If you are thinking to buy from them,please don't!Thanks for reading :)
