I was ordering something for my sister, and I accidentally ordered the wrong thing, but ordered the other one anyway.So I requested a cancellation for the wrong order. That was over a week ago, and I messaged them multiple times. Then now they decide to ship it anyway, and not refund anything. I never even got a response. This customer service is just horrible, nothing good to say about it.

Horrible service and delayed shipping. I placed my order on December 7, 2018 and as of December 17, 2018 I have not received an email with an expected shipment date. When I placed my order, I was not notified of the delay in shipping. Unacceptable. Customer service email is very cookie cutter with a message stating that the company expects orders to ship this week, just not my order I guess. Please boycott going forward, I will make sure the Kutztown University crowd gets the word!

This is the first time I order a product from Jeffree Star. I ordered a palette on December 8th. It's been a week and they haven't shipped anything. Honestly I won't order from his website next time, this situation is frustating.

Ordered for my daughter for Christmas. Ordered still not processed, order date was December 8th. Contacted customer service 4 times, no response, just the automated message everyone else seems to be getting. I understand this may not be Jeffree's fault but, if you want to have a business, you should know that customer service and actually sending the orders out in a timely fashion is highly important. You should also maybe make a statement when people order, especially this time of year, that the order may not be delivered in time for the holidays. Not just take people's money right away, and then leave them hanging. Terrible way to conduct business. I will not be ordering from you again.

Ordered on the 5 th December still now showing processing ive contacted customer services on 4 occasions withe the standard response someone will get bk to you in 48hrs but no response left another 2 days same again process repeated again no response still no item still no contact its been 11 days now and not even an email to say items been shipped can anyone tell me how to get refund plz as from now on i will defo be boycotting Jeffree star customer service is an absolute joke dont bother unless you want stress & frustration

I’ve ordered from JSC probably 10 times in the past year or so. I’ve never had any problems with shipping and order fulfillment until now. I placed an order Dec 4th at 11 am. It still has not been fulfilled. I’ve emailed customer service 8 times with no response. Good thing I have USAA and disputed and will be getting my money back. It’s sad because my daughter only had two things on her Christmas list and JSC was one of them. They need to get their customer service together. No way to call and only email. That way they can take your $60 for an eyeshadow palette with shipping and they think you can’t do anything about it. They took their money out of my account the day I ordered.

Honestly if I could give JSC 0 stars I would. I have been a massive fan of Jeffree Star for years and years and I finally decided to splurge out and buy some of his makeup. I placed my order on the 22nd November and the items stayed unfulfilled until the 7th December, well over the shipping estimate of 4-7 business days, to which I paid a lot for anyways. it is currently the 13th December and I have not received my item as I have been told that my item is stuck at the depot because JSC decided not to pay enough on postage in order to send my items directly to me. This is infuriating as I know have to go to the depot to collect my item as well as SPENDING £17 MORE on an order which I have already spent a lot on, especially delivery. I AM FURIOUS. This is not fair and I feel like I have truly been let down by the company. to further this his customer service team is HORRENDOUS they say that they will reply between 24-48 hours but yet it took me 6 days to get a response and this was just an automated email and didn't help me at all. I will never be directly buying from him again!!!!!!

My first order was on the Black Friday sale and I got confirmation of shipment to my email address. 2 weeks later I still haven’t received my order and when I emailed them, I received another email confirmation of the same order. As in, the order was shipped 2 weeks late and I now have to wait 2 further weeks to receive. What makes it so much worse, I didn’t receive any reply from their customer service to explain wheat happened or even an apology. If you can’t get customer service right, don’t even bother with your products. I will not be ordering from this disrespectful company ever again.
