Jeffree StarReviews of jeffreestarcosmetics.com

Long time Jeffree Star shopper that is no longer gonna support thus brand. Finding vegan makeup that is good is hard ti find thats why I loved this brand but taking 3 weeks to ship things out and promise three different times they were supposed to ship and as of today my order still has not shipped out. Not to mention the customer is taking weeks to respond and when they do respond its just an basic message saying the shipping is taking longer and they seem to be trying to convince me to cancel my order. Also on the website its never stated shipping will be 8 days (which is a lie its longer) and they only informed people two days ago on snapchat. Not to mention they also let people buy things out of stock. Glad i'm gonna walk in empty handed to Christmas.

Not at all happy with my first time ordering I will never order from this brand again I placed my order on 12/7 - nothing was low stock and it ships from CA Its now 12/20 and my order still says confirmed and I cant get a response from their customer service team regarding the status of my order and when it will ship NOT COOL AT ALL this was a Xmas gift for my daughter, her first real make up and now it looks like itll have to be a birthday present given to her in 2 months UGH just so sad, especially for the cost of these cosmetics

update:::: Still no package as of today 12-23-18 I placed my very first order with this company on December 8th, when I check the status of my order it still says unfulfilled. We are at day 11 and nothing. I have emailed them twice, both times I received an automated response. It’s too bad my first order experience has been not so good. I like Jeffree as a person, I enjoy his videos, the makeup looks amazing.... but his business needs some help. Jeffree work out the kinks please. This should not be an issue, the holiday season is busy, I get it, I suggest you hire seasonal help that will ensure your customers get excellent customer service and there product in a timely manner. Maybe a sit down with your staff? We need to go back to the days when we could call a company and talk to the reps about any problems; a telephone number would be a great place to start. This was supposed to be a Christmas present but not anymore, very sad about it.

I placed an order on 12/11 and paid for 2-3 day shipping, trying to make sure I would have it for my girlfriend by Christmas (2 weeks away!). It is now 12/19 and my order is still processing, I have reached out to them twice with zero response besides an automated "sorry we're busy, we'll try to ship most orders this week." I'm sorry, but that's just crazy to me. I have placed orders with several other companies in the past week and first of all, was not charged for shipping at all, and secondly, I was able to receive my items in 2-3 days as promised. Being busy isn't an excuse. From other reviews I've read this is a serious problem and this company couldnt care less since they already have your money. I'd strongly suggest not wasting your time unless you really don't care when your stuff arrives.

Honestly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced...I ordered products on November 23rd and it’s December 19th where my order says it’s been out for delivery for 6 days. I contacted customer service with no email or anything back I just Hope I get it by the 24th since it’s a Christmas gift for my sister. Never ordering again straight from the website if I do at all.

Order has been processing for the past 10 days I've never had this happen before.

I ordered my daughter her Christmas gift and paid extra for 2 day shipping. This was 6 days ago and it is still being "Processed" . I have reached out to customer service and have not been contacted. I am devastated. Shame in you Jeffree Star for not making your company JS approved! Most definitely I will never order again from your site. Buyer BEWARE!!!!

Worst customer service ever I placed an order online at JSC and when I was checking out I was just going to get the normal 7-10 days shipping but was only given the option of priority shipping which is 1-3 days so I thought "oh cool, I'll get it sooner than I was expecting" so i bought it and now 11 days later I still have yet to receive anything as well as whenever I go to check the status of my order it is 'still processing'. And of course since it's JSC, the make up is out of stock now so i'm just hoping and praying they processed my order before it went out of stock. I have contacted customer service twice and have not received any emails. I was forced to pay almost $10 extra and it was for nothing. So angry with how the customer service is. With all the bad reviews, I'm almost convinced there is no customer service team. P.s. When i ordered off morphe's webiste for JSC stuff, it came within 5 days and that was NORMAL SHIPPING and was ordered on CYBER MONDAY. It's ridiculous that his own website can't send out his own stuff but morphe can.
