NEVER order from Shady companies that do not offer a phone number. I NEVER would deal with a company like that. I am going to report them . The rest of you have to do the same thing or they will keep doing it. THREE INQUIRIES OVER 6 WEEKS they took my $70.00 but never sent the eye shadow. It was for my daughter. She wanted it and it think this guy should be ashamed. They always give me an automated response that a Customer Service Rep will be back to me in 48 hours. This makeup is a lot of money. I was just trying to buy something for my daughter she wanted. THIEVES THIEVES THIEVES!!!!!!!!!!

Just wanted to update that I ordered on October 23th and still haven't received the product and no response from customer service...

Like everyone else here -- I ordered from Jeffree Star a Christmas gift. I ordered on 12/4. My credit card has been charged and the product not shipped. I've put in an email to customer service who promises to get back to you within 72 hours -- NOPE. There is NO PHONE NUMBER TO CALL. Just an email address or contact form on the website from which you receive the same canned message promising they will get back to you in 72 hours and then they DON'T. I want my money back but can't get a response from anyone.

do NOT buy.... I am sad to say I would not recommend buying from jeffree Star cosmetics, why? Because.. 1. the shipping takes ages.. I ordered on Black Friday and they have not shipped it yet. 2. costumer service do not respond in 72 hours, as they say (they have not responded to me at all) it´s really sad because I love Jeffree Star makeup The liquid lipsticks is bomb!! But I would recommend buying from another retailer like beauty bay, and not directly from jeffreestarcosmetics.com

Placed order on 12/7 said would receive a contact in 72 hours its been 3 weeks and still nothing. I think they are a scam and take people money. I am thinking about turning them into the California state attorney office

I placed an order on 12/9 for my daughter's Christmas present. I was so excited to surprise her but it has turned into a nightmare. My order hasn't even processed and will never arrive in time for the holiday. Not to mention the item I ordered says it is now out of stock and I probably wouldn't get anyway. I enjoyed watching the Youtube videos with my daughter but how do you allow a business in your name to operate like this???? No updates on the order! No phone number for customer service! This business practice is unacceptable! They certainly didn't delay in charging my card though. I literally have NOTHING to give my daughter for Christmas. There are too many other beauty brands out there to choose from to order from this company again.

I love the quality of JSC but I don’t think it’s worth it anymore. I made an order on 11/25 and my items still haven’t shipped. I’ve tried contacting customer service multiple times to ask if I can PAY MORE to have my Items expedited to me and I keep getting the same response that they’ll be shipping my items any day now and no modificans can be made. Now I’ve been told that they won’t be shipping my entire order because it’s out of stock! I have waited a month and NOW it’s out of stock. Any email I’ve sent the company takes almost a week for a response. I’ve asked multiple times for a contact number to call but wont be given one. This is the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. If you need JS products save yourself the trouble and buy through a third party such as Beautylish. At least they’re honest and have proper customer service.

Got a customs charge and I can’t afford it until next month, and when I’m paid it’ll be sent back to America. Emailed asking for a refund and no one has got back to me. Absolutely fuming. Ain’t ordering from Jeffree again.
