pretty much the same as every other one star, ordered 15 days before Christmas and its still not here on January third. wrote them a complaint and they made no effort to get back to me after 3 days. sucks because if he would have some reps reach out to the customers Im sure he wouldn't have half these reviews...certainly wouldn't be leaving a review.

I would submit no stars if I could. Terrible customer service. I placed an order December 8th and still have not received my product. I sent two emails to get an ETA and still have not heard back. I will never order from this person ever again and will inform everyone on my social media.

I have emailed for a 5th status since December 19th because I was sent the mini bundle nudes with four colors MISSING and one color, the top of the bottle, chipped. No one has gotten back to me it’s absolutely unacceptable. I even sent through the website I believe three times. He talks so negatively about other brands when look at his, sending with stuff missing and not answering back.

I ordered items on December 18th and paid for express shipping. I have sent numerous emails asking for a call on when my items would be sent out the week of Christmas and have gotten a generic email stating they would contact me in 72 hours. Here we are 3 days past Christmas and my items are being sent through regular mail. There is no customer service with this company. I will no longer buy anything from them and will advise anyone interested in buying from this company not to.

I ordered a few things from this guy early last week and my girl loves his stuff. I understand a shipping delay, but it still says "Processing" and I have gotten no replies to my customer complaints. That, combined with the lack of a phone number, is plenty enough to absolutely not recommend purchasing from Jeffree Star's website. Terrible experience.

I ordered for the first time on December 9th as an intended Christmas gift for my daughter. Here it is, December 26th and still no package. The items ordered are now out of stock. Not sure if these are shipping at all. Not impressed with the automated generalized replies from their customer service!

Like everyone else I ordered and haven't received. Sent email and nothing. I wish they would just reply. This was my daughters gift. Sigh

My girlfriend has been watching this persons videos since i met her , and constantly bringing up that she loves the lipstick . Now i dont know the first thing about makeup but i do know that this stuffs expensive and i dont think i coulda got a better gift for the occasion , but i am EXTREMELY irritated that i ordered on the 8th of December and sent a customer complaint and it has been a week since i got the automated response email. Now the delay in shipping i can kinda understand,but the customer support is unacceptable especially in a time where there should be more/better customer support with the fact that almost everyone is getting screwed over . ive never ordered from this person before and thanks to this experience i never will again .
