Love the products I have played with, but I ordered on November 2nd. My order still says processing. I emailed because it was supposed to be sent out within 10 days, got an email saying someone would contact me within 72 hours, still nothing. I also apparently can’t email them again without my ticket going to the end of the line? I ordered a whole month in advance for a birthday present so I really hope it’s going to be here before December 7th. If not I will not order again.

Just like many people on this website, I have had a terrible experience with the conspiracy palette. My first email was last week. I inquired about when my order would be shipped. I was told by November 18th, and it was communicated to me that I could cancel if I wanted to. The next day, I responded and said I wanted to cancel. I got the following message. "Due to the volume of orders we received during this launch, it looks like a partner facility is carrying out your shipment(s). Unfortunately we are unable to process your cancellation request. Please note that, as stated in your confirmation email, it may take up to 10 business days for your order to leave the shipping facility. Our team cannot provide you with a tracking number at this time, however you will be sent one as soon as it becomes available. If you'd like to return your product, you can send it back to our facility within 14 days of delivery. Thank you for supporting Jeffree Star Cosmetics, please keep us posted here!" Seriously? I can't cancel even though you told me I can? I responded and told them this was their own internal problem, and this shouldn't be pawned off on the customer. I also said it was unfair to ask me to pay for postage to return a product I was no longer intrerested in. It wasn't until I threatened to reach out to the BBB, that the order was canceled

I'd like to of been able to give a better rating but I ordered the medium size Halloween box when it come out I've still not received it I should of had it over a week ago I've emailed customer services 4 times over a week n half and not had one reply I've also tried to contact via facebook,Instagram and tweeted them and still ha nothing I'm at my wits end and at a loss on what to do now they have no other way to contact them and it wasnt cheap I'm now out of pocket 😭 if by any chance they see this please can you sort it out I'm proper gutted I love this brand

I returned my jogger bottoms due to the company sending me the wrong size. They told me they would send a replacement. Well I returned them on November 25 and never heard anything for a couple days. So I emailed the customer service and they said they would check and see if there was a delay. So almost 2 weeks later still no update. I'm at the point where I just want my money back. I'm just so aggrieved that they dknt keep me updated on nothing. If I knew this was gonna happen I would have kept them and just got them altered to my size :(

Honestly I understand the launch was so huge but they haven’t responded to my email and charged me for 3 mini palettes when I had the conspiracy and mini controversy in my cart only. They won’t email me back and I was charged over 100$.......

yesterday I bought the whole collection bundle and the money came out of my account I didn’t get a confirmation email but I just thought you guys were busy with so many orders I checked my bank today and the money was sent back !!!!! HELPPPP DID I NOT GET THE COLLECTION???? Ill cry so hard if I didn’t

I’m so upset waited over two hours to get my conspiracy pallet etc. after 30 mins I was able to add in bag and it took me to checkout. I never refreshed and waited 1.5 hours for it to finally load in the payment option for it to tell me sold out. I was logged into my account, had the products in my cart and then it did that. I’m so disappointed

I received celebrity skin lip ammunition in my mystery box but I was so disappointed. The formula isn't creamy at all. It's dry and drags across the lips. This isn't the quality I was expecting. And the whole ordering process was so much of a fiasco I don't know if I'll ever purchase anything else. I Had the deluxe box in my cart 3 times and as soon as I finally got to check out, it said my cart was empty. I finally got to purchase the premium box but I ordered it July 19th and just received it today, August 1st. I Had been wanting to try his products for so long but this has certainly made me wonder why I ever wanted anything in the first place.
