Customer service response times are extremely slow and unhelpful 9 times out of 10. I've asked about an order and all I got was an email back about watching the socials for restocks. It took numerous emails before someone actually told us whats happened and how to fix. We, the customer had to call the post in america to release the parcel to be sent after 3 weeks. Would help if they could call you after being in que for a response and not an automated reply.

My first time ordering with Jeffree star and will 100% never do it again first I paid $20 for shipping when I already spent $100 it said it will be here in 4-9 days and I’m still waiting it has been a month customer service takes about 4 days to respond to my email and when they did it wasn’t even helpful they said they will contact the shopping company and never got back to me about it. I’m am so disappointed you would think with someone with as much money as him he would fix this problem and make it better. I have no idea where my package is and still don’t have a tracking number so $120 down the drain

Paid £8 delivery charge to the UK thats fine but an extra £16 custom charge without informing me of this before hand is not ok I love the brand but I'll stick to the beauty bay website instead of the official site.

Ordered an expensive sugar eye palette from Jeffrey Starr in November 2018 for my daughter fir Christmas..and paid shipping.....it took weeks to arrive & despite numerous emails to customer service dept I NEVER GOT A REPLY !!!Then I had to pay a massive customs charge on top of the silly money price I had already paid when it eventually arrived or GPO would not deliver before Christmas!!! Again I emailed Customer service to complain...AGAIN NO RESPONSE!!! They Do not state that Brits need to pay these costs on top of their rip off prices anywhere on their site. Do not use this company until they are upfront with prices and charges and get a customer service dept that actually listen and reply to queries,.... I would actually give zero stars on here but am unable to do so. Now Just found out that my poor teenage daughter has placed an order herself from this rip off company from her meagre savings..,She was unaware of customs charges so will get such a shock when the GPO customs charges notice arrives!! I did not tell her about the extra charges at Christmas as the itemI bought was a gift. I am very disgruntled and upset by this company and feel that people here are being taken for a ride by them.

I have forgotten about my order . Have no clue when the lipstick is arriving . I really wanted to get into the Jeffree Star brand but waiting for three weeks for a lipstick is plain outrageous

my mystery box the highlighter came completely shattered, was everywhere and unuseable. I contacted the team and they said they would reply in 48 hours but they never did.... they should bubble wrap the highlighter really....

Shocking customer service. Never replied to emails etc. Had to pay customs charge of £18.53 on top of the price of the Alien Pallet. This price should be built in at checkout.

Terrible customer service. Placed my order at the beginning of December, took 2 and a half weeks for the order to be processed and shipped form the facility. Never received a shipment notification and after sending over 5 emails with no reply they got back to me with a generic respond saying the parcel was with Royal Mail. I then contacted Royal Mail to see why it was not moving through tracking and told the parcel had been lost. This was now January and had been out over £60. I contacted customer service again and it took 5 days for them to refund me telling me I needed proof it was lost form Royal Mail, however they can see through their tracking that I have not received it. Finally they refunded me my order however they do not refund shipping. So all in all I paid £12 for nothing other than a terrible customer experience.
