I ordered the metal straws March 29th, today is April 22 and they STILL haven’t been shipped. I Tried contacting customer service but got no reply. I love Jeffree Star but this such BS. Also not to mention i paid 15$ for shipping, so i was not expecting it to take this long. On twitter i read from severeal people that their order from 2 days ago har been shipped, but not mine from 3 weeks? Im so disappointed

I ordered a hand held mirror as a gift I paid £15 for shipping i and I thought ok it’s coming from the USA I’m in the uk so I paid it was told in my shipping information that ups would be delivering my item this was the 6th April,2 weeks later my item arrived I have no issue with the mirror at all the packaging was fine aswell,I had a note from Royal Mail telling me I had to pay a customs charge of £13.33 for my parcel before I could get it! So I went down to Royal Mail (thinking maybe it was a scam )and I was told I had to pay it! When orderd I was NOT made aware I would be charged a custom charge it is wrong and it’s not ok that they DONT warn you before you pay about it!! I emailed the website and I complained about not being notified of custom charges I got a reply saying that it it is on their website and they aren’t responsible for charges soo I went back on to Jeffree starrs website and scrolled down the page and under normal lettering shipping it says they aren’t responsible for custom charges! Yes maybe they aren’t but maybe putting it in bold lettering before people from the uk buy stuff !! I won’t be buying from there again

Ordered the blue blood pallet and a few other things from JSC the day it launched... two weeks pass and i get no processing conformation, yet they've stole my money; so i email CS and they said they'll be wit me in 48 hours... 3 days go by and i've not been contacted. Then after TWO weeks and some days, i get a PROCESSING conformation. I understand this was a large launch but this was terrible. I'm extremely disappointed; I've ordered every collection since his start..never had this bad of a problem.

HORRIBLE!!! I ORDER ON THE DAY OF THE BLUE PALETTE LAUNCH! IN END OF MARCH ! YET I HAVEN'T EVEN GOTTEN MY PACKAGE SPEND OVER 100 DOLLARS ON MAKEUP! LET COME ON JEFFREE YOU SAY YOU CARE FOR YOUR FANS BUT REALLY YOU SHADY FOR MONEY! NO ONE GET TO MY EMAIL THAT'S A WEEK AGO .THEY SAY TAKE 24 - 48 HOURS FOR A REPLY !! I'M mad OFF FOR FIRST TIME BUYING .

Just like everyone else, I ordered $300 worth of products the day of the blue blood launch and still have yet to have my shipping processed. Customer service said EVERY order would be shipped out on the 9th at the latest yet here we are on the 12th and it’s not even processed yet. This is my first time buying at launch but from what I have seen on their Instagram and online this is a common occurrence. No one will get back to me at the company or address my request for a refund. If you like to gamble with your money, this is the perfect company for you

ordered the blue blood pallet day of the launch and its been 11 days and my status still says unfulfilled. This is my first time and I was so excited I literally waiting on my laptop and waited for 700 am to hit so I can order my stuff. literally got what I wanted and ordered it. Ive been seeing literally EVERYONE get theirs and I still have yet to receive mine let alone get an update on even being fulfilled. im so sad about this. I emailed the customer service about 6 times and messaged their instagram a bunch also, no response.

Had planned on two day shipping, but it didn’t come in for TWO weeks!!! Never purchasing from him again😡

Takes too much time to respond. My order has been shipped on January 8th, now it’s March 19th and nowhere to be seen. Absolutely disappointed with the customer service. For all I know, customs have seized it already. Very shady company, slow and unhelpful.
