I absolutely love Jeffree Star and his makeup and accessories but unfortunately the shipping of products and the customer service is appalling. Waited over a month for my order but have no clue where it is because the shipping details are never updated and I emailed customer service days ago and still haven’t received a response. The website states you will get a reply within 48 hours. I ordered more of his products from another website a week or so after and got them within a week; they also shipped from California. There is no excuse for taking so long and for the poor customer service. It’s such a let down because overall his products are fantastic. *After waiting weeks for my order got a slip through the door saying I now have to pay an additional £13 customs charge! Customer service still haven’t replied...*

If I could I wouldn’t even rate his company. I order 2 items from his blue blood collection and one velour liquid lipstick on the 29th March. I have not received any updates and it’s tracking has not been updated since the 10th April. I emailed customer service and the only response I got was it’s on its way, track it. I then sent another email and this wasn’t a sufficient answer and got told that it hadn’t actually been handed over to the postal company and it got lost in transit but they found it but just keep tracking. I’ve asked for a refund but I just don’t get any response. This was my first time buying his products on his website and will be the last. I admire Jeffree a lot but this is outrageous that he thinks he can treat people like this.

It has been a month since I ordered the blue blood pallett. I understand the break in halting shipping but I've seen people who ordered items last week have their orders already arrive. I just want the pallet or my money back. I've reached out 3 times now trying to hear back and have received nothing. I'm a patient person and if I would have heard something I would have been understanding but no contact and no items I paid for with money I work hard for is ridiculous.

Jeffree Star customer service NEVER EVER respond. 2 Blue Blood Pallettes ordered launch day 29th March 2019 and......NOTHING! 🤬 Last tracking update 10th April. Then I was sent an email to say I would receive it 5 days later....NOTHING. This was one of my daughters 18th Birthday 🎁 gifts, thanks Jeffree for disappointing a huge fan. Very upset and now reading I will get import duty..lucky me🙄 Jeffree Star is a gift that keeps on giving! A VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER AND FAN

1 month and still nothing . I gave up on my order . I’m so disappointed. No track of my order or my money . Worst service I’ve ever experienced.

Terrible customer service, I placed two orders 30 mins apart, I have received the 2nd order but am still waiting on the 1st and have been since 29 March 19, I have emailed customer service numerous times but received no response. Also the delivery policy should be more clear, paid for delivery then had to pay an extra £21 custom and handling fee, this should be clearly stated at time of placing order rather than only being on the delivery policy page which you don't automatically look at. I'd say stay clear of the site, save yourself the money, time and hassle

I concur with other reviews. I ordered 2 concealers from beautylish the day they were released and 3 days later I had them. I got a shipping confirmation SAME DAY. I ordered 2 powders from JSC website thirty minutes before my concealer order on the release day and they still haven’t even shipped. I love jeffree’s videos and I like his products but there are other products just as good and I don’t have to wait forever for them. I think this is my last order.

Jeffree GET YOUR SHIPPING TOGETHER. If you can not keep up then hire more people. Or just stop makeup. You brag about your money all of the time so why don't you invest it in your company. I see TONS of people are having this problem. I am SO dissapointed. I am out $150.
