Its unfortunate that the products are so good - but I will never order from online ever again. No responses to inquiries via their customer service email fro WEEKS. I put in a NON CONSPIRACY order on November 1. No responses to status updates. I had to open a complaint with BBB as it seems those are the only complaints responded to. My complaint is still pending however. I will stick with purchasing the products from Morphe in person in stores. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE.

I recieved an empty box instead of what I ordered. Emailed customer service, no reply. I've opened a dispute with paypal, I'm getting my money back and I would never shop with this site again. So disappointed.

It was the first time ordering from this website it was a gift from my daughter I ordered to palette on the 3rd of November it wasn't even the conspiracy palette it's still says unfulfilled and they still have my money it's been paid for an email customer service several times with no response I either want my stuff or I want a refund worst customer service ever..... if I don't get any kind of response this will definitely the last time order I order from them..... my daughter is a big fan and and this is very disappointing shame on him I hope anyone from the webpage sees this so they can help me...

Worst shipping experience of my entire life by far . This is insane I ordered my product on the second which I understand is not considered a business day .the day fell on a Saturday one day after a release. What I bought was supposed to be a gift and I honestly expected it to have gotten here by now but I haven't even received any type of shipping confirmation. They took the money from my card .and still nothing .i purchased my product on the second . I was charged on November 2 2019 it's now the sixteenth. Over all extremely impatient and disappointed. This has never happened to me from any type of online shopping experience this is something that should be prepared for it needs to get fixed.

This review is regarding shipping. In my online shopping experience, ALL reputable businesses only charge for items once they have shipped your order. Buyer beware. Jeffree Star Cosmetics will charge you credit card at time of purchase then send an email 13 days later stating if you are LUCKY your item might ship in another 10 days despite the company happily charging your credit card without even shipping the item.

This company is a HUGE rip off! They charge your credit card and you receive zero products. I disputed it on my credit card with the bank. Yesterday, someone called the bank from California claiming to be me, and to cancel the dispute! The fallacy with that is that I reopened the dispute today. I will get my money back! I will also be turning them in to the California Attorney General’s Office

Very disappointing I want to cancel my order, I have emailed 11 hours after I ordered as I wanted to change few items...the same generic e mail is sent and a customer representer will call to follow up... I have had not heard anything.. very disappointing service from Jeffree star

Im super disappointed. I purchased during the relaunch on 11/5. It gave me a response saying thank you for your order, youll get an email in at least an hour. I waited 8 before contacting JSC. I waited 72 hours for a response before sending a second email requesting assistance. I received an email asking for more info even though i had done so in the original email. I then sent it only to get another enail saying there is no such order, no such address, etc. I was told that my bank is holding the money. No, no its not. Payment POSTED to my account the next day. I have checked every day since it posted to see if i would get my money back. Its been 3 days since it posted and no i havent received a refund. I sent proof of purchase screenshot, pending payment screenshot, and also POSTED payment screenshot. I fully understand that this has been very problematic from the first launch, but to have this happen for a second time is ludicrous. I very much am trying to remain optimistic and patient, but being told theres no order and having had my money taken makes it really hard to maintain patience. I absolutely adore Mr.Star and Mr.Dawson, but if this is the experience im going to have, this will be the last attempted purchase with JSC. Sorry Mr.Star.
