I ordered three items a few days ago. The shipment was fast, the products were beautifully packaged and color-matched as well as aesthetically pleasing. Even the tape was folded perfectly! The products had beautiful boxes and quality designs. I will definitely buy more products from here again❤ even just for the packaging!

I have bought a few mystery boxes from Jefree Star. Yes they can take a long time to arrive overseas 3 -5 weeks at times, Yes there are customs fees. But people who order should know this anyway If you order from anywhere there is a chance of customs fees and all in uk be warned after january 1st 2021 there will be a lot more import fees. He does not set these the destination country sets the fee rate. I have never had an issue with quality or any damaged items. We live in such a cancel culture these days. Yes maybe some of what has happened we do not agree with but take a long hard look at yourself as well. If everything you have ever done in your life was sprawled on the internet I am sure there is Stuff you would be unhappy with and people would flame and cancel you too. I like the quality of the products and make up I have recieved and although the amount of customs can come as a shock I expect to pay them and try and figure this into my budget.

First time ordering from Jeffery star website and I’m very pleased. I ordered on 11-05-20 and got delivered this morning 11-09-20. Got the blue blood pallet, the blood sugar pallet, controversy pallet and the Mini conspiracy pallet. Very pleased and my daughter will be happy xmas morning.

Love the products ! I loved my velour lipsticks as they stayed on all day without cracking and also no smudging After a 8hr wear , it was still looking like how it did in the morning when I first applied it The formula for the eyeshadows are amazing as always They performed beautifully and blend out like a dream You don’t even need much for pigment and it’ll last you for so long so pretty much worth the money Blood sugar and blue blood are my favourite to use so I’ll always be making repurchases !

I’ve had nothing but the best experiences through Jeffree’s website. I love him and his products so much and customer service has always been very helpful in any issue that I’ve had in the past. I recommend his products to all my friends and family.

I’m not quite sure why the reviews here are so negative, but I’ve always had a great experience with Jeffree Star Cosmetics. I once had a package delivered destroyed, but they were accommodating, even though it was most likely the courier’s fault. Also, when a courier took my package to the wrong city, they refund my money. Their customer service is polite & they’re pretty quick in their response time. I might be the odd person here, but I’m really happy with their services. In terms of product quality, that’s A+ grade. I love how pigmented everything is, the colour stories, the selection, the sizes, & honestly everything. The packaging is beautiful too. I collect those and the cards inside too. 😊 I also love that they have multiple payment options & they ship to Canadian PO Boxes. I’d recommend JSC on any day to anyone who is willing to listen. Whether you’re a makeup enthusiast, a collector or a MUA, JSC are must haves.

I have had several orders from Jeffree Star Cosmetics and have been very impressed with both the quality of the products and with the customer service team. On the rare occasions when I have had problems (due to items getting delayed or lost in transit) they have been really helpful and have refunded or replaced very quickly. I will definitely be using them again in the future.
