Always amazing quality love the company! Shipping can take a while so I just pay for express and now I don’t have any issues.

Everything is perfect bar the communication between customer suppore and customer. I understand Jeffree must have ordered coming out his ears, but i feel customer service could be drastically improoved, it seems they are either understaffed or the staff are some what disorganised. This can be easily rectified though and other than that my order arrived on time, in a BEAUTIFUL box, all cosmetics were in perfect condition (i was seriously worried about the pressed powders coming to the UK from USA) Thank you JSC :)

It took a while but I get a lost package and postage replaced Customer service is not so bad as all say here

Anyone one staring this because of Black Friday/Christmas orders didn’t keep up with his twitter or snap chat updates about how they are very overwhelmed and having people working extremely long hours just to get the mystery boxes along with other orders that also got FREE Items shipped out , guess what mine was placed Black Friday and didn’t get processed till December 3rd I received it by December 6th for a T-shirt and the free lipstick . Everyone complaining is just impatient when a company or someone gets overwhelmed With orders it’s bound to happen just like it does for USPS ,everyone gets backed up! It’s not hard to be patient and research online why your item hasn’t shipped (he will make announcements on Social media) since he still needs to work on his customer service side of things.

While i am a little stressed about the company taking so long to process my order, i understand that the holidays do get busy(they should hire seasonal staff if needed because obviously a lot of people including myself were tense about the wait) but my order is finally on the way and will get here on christmas eve(thank god it’s before christmas :) ) so while the wait was upsetting (i bought my order on the 9th) i’m just glad it’ll be here before the holiday

Jefree Star Cosmetics is my absolute ride or die, with an amazing formula for all the products Jeffree launches and the aspect of being cruelty free they are definitely my #1. The only thing is I paid for the faster shipping rate to the UK and it took over a month to arrive ..
