Please pass this on to your customer service My daughter bought all 3 Halloween Boxes. The mini jaw breaker is faulty. A few of colours are uneven and poke out of the palette a bit She contacted 3 weeks ago to customer service but no reply She didn’t want to complain again but I’m cross as she saves hard, works in hospital full time and has a 16 year old daughter whom she wants to buy make up for and it isn’t right they haven’t replied. She has photos too Please help

Ordered and paid on 2nd November. Still being processed apparently. That's not normal. It's a big company apparently. Starting to feel like I've been scammed now. Are they doing this just for additional content and drama??

My conspiracy pallet was lost with one of his shipping partners, they told us we would get a refund (after 2 weeks still didn’t get it btw) and so jeffree posted everyone with a problem would get a new one. We (me and my friend) contacted JSC customer service and (also) after two weeks NO ANSWER?! I’m so disappointed asf u have no idea how many hours i worked 2 be able 2 afford the SD and JS pallet 2 be told they lost it and needing 2 wait an eternity for my money to come back it was heartbreaking to see how all my friends got it and me and my friend being left with thin air. Jeffree and his customer service totally ignored us i tried to reach out on every platform but i guess he likes to comment on hate more than comment on his paying customers.. never will i buy something from him ever again

Let me just say, I love Jeffree Star but the only palette I have ever purchased and could ever afford is Blood Sugar. Personally I think his products are overpriced and overhyped. I never thought i would see the day where i wrote a bad review about his stuff because I love him. But i bought his stuff with afterpay and didn't have the money to buy in the first place, I have 3 children. I watched his videos on Milani make up and thought since he reviewed it, it was good stuff. Purchased some of that too. Foundation, bronzer, blush.. all of that... but its funny.. all of it.. sucked. Elf puts out better products. And Jeffrees shipping and customer service is a joke. His eyeshadow... i heard "blends like a dream" i find myself reaching for my Milani eyeshadow palette more than his. Which was 15.99 versus over 60 bucks shipping and all. Anyone who ever listens to Jeffree star, do not order Milani make up. Their matte eyeshadows are okay. But they dont last. Just like Jeffree stars. Its sad. Money wasted. That i cant get back. I wont order from him again.

Never get tracking numbers, always takes a month or so to arrive regardless the time of year, customer service ignored my email with attached photo of expired lipsticks,

2 things. i ordered on launch day the mini it took 23 days to get to me. i got an email saying due to volume it will take longer than the 10 business days. i could cancel if i want to. i said cancel it they then told me i can't cancel it because it at their shipping partner. (like umm what! ) it finally came 23 days later, its the principal for the price. as well my husband bought me a hoodie for my bday since its not a big launch or anything it said 1-2 business day shipping. its been a week and still hasnt shipped. the customer service sucks.

I absolutely love Jeffree. But ordering from his website absolutely sucks. I ordered for the first time concealer, powder, and a blood sugar palette for my birthday. It took almost 3 weeks to get here, but that was okay because the SD collection just came out, so I expected a long wait. Anyway, my order arrived and I immediately opened of course! When picking up the box I noticed it was very light. Too light to have a palette in it but I was like whatever. I have read reddit threads about their return policy and all of that and have read not so great reviews so I decided to record myself unboxing it. In the video you can clearly tell the box has never been opened. I set the phone down to get the tape off, the video ends, and then once I get the tape off I start another video. I take the tissue paper out and exactly what I thought: no palette. I made sure to record it all so they can’t say it’s my fault. And that’s basically what support said to me today. I am going to try and send my videos to them next, but I am HIGHLY dissatisfied with JSC so far. I just want my palette.

Ordered the conspiracy palette on the 1st of November, the status says shipped and gave a USPS tracking number but when I track it on USPS it still says pre-shipment only label is created. I'm so upset. I opened a case with USPS and they said they never got the package to their facility. I'm really upset with this. I messaged the jeffree star cosmetics customer service on November 15 and I have yet to hear a reply from them. This was supposed to be a birthday gift for me. I'm really upset and disappointed. I got to see all my friends get a palette before me.
