I have been waiting over a month.I received a confirmation of purchase and nothing else. No shipping information or tracking number so the items probably haven't even left the warehouse. No apology email, nothing. Terrible way to do business I wouldn't have bought the items if I knew they wouldn't arrive for Christmas. Definitely wont be dealing with them again

I have ordered products in the past and received them on time and the order was right so when my boyfriend ordered one magic star concealer that shows in stock I was confident that I would get what was ordered it might have been delayed but that is fine because I know of the Shane Dawson pallet launch. But my boyfriend never got a confirmation email or anything and still took his money and he message them and they just said we will shop your product out but it won’t be delivered anytime soon. I am highly disappointed in Jeffree stars customer service and I feel like he is ripping his customers off now and basically stealing.

Took a month to receive an order I purchased a month prior. Items in box did not match what was promised.

While unlike others I did actually get my products sent. I ordered three packages. The first one was a concealer and powder. I ordered it around the beginning of November and was supposed to receive around the beginning of December. I noticed the address seemed wrong on the shipping site. Different than what was on my account. I sent an email to the customer service and they responded quite fast. But, after watching the tracking site, it said my packages had arrived. Being packageless I was shocked. I called my local post office and after some investigation it was found that it was delivered to the wrong address and the people at the address sent it back to the post office, who decided to “return to sender.” The post office confirmed that Jeffree Star Cosmetics put the WRONG ADDRESS ON THE PACKAGE. DIFFERENT FROM WHAT WAS ON MY ACCOUNT. I CHECKED. I then contacted customer service... a week later and still nothing. The second package arrived, and it had the right address magically on it. The third package... it was mystery box and it did actually arrive. HOWEVER after ordering the deluxe mystery box with 8 items, I only received 3 items in my mystery box. And the added joy was that the address was also wrong. The local post office somehow remembered me and luckily got what was left of my package to me. Waiting to see if I’ll ever hear back and if there will be anything done to help me. So far out of 3 orders only 1 order was without problems. While I understand long shipping times, it happens, Jeffree Star cosmetics is still a smaller company. My problems are much more preventable and incredibly frustrating.

Myself, like many customers, placed an order 11-30-19. Haven't received my item or any information about the status of my order. Infact, it hasn't even been shipped out yet. I contacted customer service on 12-12-19 but received no response. They advise you not to contact customer service more than once or you will be moved to the end of the queue and so I have been patiently waiting for a reply that never comes. It's been a month of no updates, no response, and no item. That's a month waiting for one single item that I paid for but haven't received and have no idea when it will ship out. I'm completely left in the dark with no compensation, no communication, and no product.

No wonder he can buy a multi million dollar home. His company takes your money and doesn’t send you the products! I’ve emailed 4 times and got the generic response, but each time shipping dates changed to later and later. My daughter is going to be so disappointed, as that’s the only thing she actually asked for. Run your business like the boss b**** you pretend to be on social media.

Nightmare. Customer Service gives cookie cutter responses. My order for one item was on 11-30-19 and I haven’t received as of 12-21-19. Hire more employees, work weekends and 24 hours like most companies..I had an order from China that I made on the same day that made it here but not Jeffree Star. My daughter will be disappointed but Jeffree is in bora bora or moving his billion dollar handbag collection into his new house.. too busy to handle these issues.

NEVER buy from this brand if you want shipping. You would literally get your makeup faster if you took a 3 week biking trip too the nearest Morphe. I ordered and apparently they pushed it back so far that It won't be here in time for christmas and now i requested a refund and it will take them FOUR TO SIX WEEKS too give me my money back. THATS LITERALLY A MONTH AND A HALF. Im never buying from this brand or supporting Jeffree EVER again.
