Jeffree StarReviews of jeffreestarcosmetics.com

I've given 4 stars but only because of the length of time from order to shipping. Very happy with my order, made it just in the nick of time for Christmas, had it not have made it, this would have been an entirely different review. Will be ordering again, as soon as you get the Conspiracy pallet back in stock!

I placed my order online from the UK Nov14th and got a confirmation order number but when I put my order number and email into the order status screen it didn’t recognise either one!!! Of course over $130 was taken out of my credit card. Was going to wait a week or two to maybe see if I could a refund then out of the blue got an text from USPS saying my order was being processed. I signed up for text and email alerts and I continued to get alerts every step of my parcels journey. I am guessing I had to wait a bit as I ordered the mini controversy palette that was on pre-order. Unbelievably though 3 weeks later my parcel arrived in Scotland and my daughter will be so surprised for Christmas. Yes, their customer service is terrible but I did get my stuff in another country!

I placed an order 11/29/19 and got a confirmation order number. I was just notified yesterday that it has shipped! I think they are catching up on orders. I gave a 4 because updates would have been nice after the expected 10 days to ship. I wouldn't worry as much but it is a Christmas gift.

I love my Jeffree Star Liquid Lipsticks! They’re my favorite of all time!! The ONLY downfall of this company is they take FOREVER to ship. So you can try to buy off beautylish or morphe (I think those are the only two other sites who sell his cosmetics. ) Definitely recommend his products, just give yourself enough time to order if it’s for a special occasion.

Edit: After shipping, products came in 2 days, with the 4th of July holiday in mind. They are great quality, amazing pigment, and long wearing! Save for one liquid lipstick component which had glue on the outside and was coming apart at the cap. We will see how customer service handles that inquiry. Not a review of products. Will update this review after receipt of products. Had no issues checking out or with the website. The website states that order processing takes 1-2 days normally and could take an additional 2-4 days during restocks and new releases. So theoretically it could take about a week for your products to process during a new release/restock. It took my order 9 days to process and I was never given any shipping options so it's just coming whenever it's coming, I guess. Also don't like that he doesn't offer a rewards program. After all the rigamarole regarding his shipping practices, a loyalty program would be redeeming. If I like the quality of the products (which I will update this review about later) and decide to purchase more in the future, I will go through Beautylish or to the Morphe store directly.

So, I was nervous to order at first after reading the reviews. However, I am glad I did. I ordered 3 eye palettes, 3 lip colors and 2 lip liners. I ordered late on a Friday afternoon and I received my order the following Thursday. One color in one of the palettes was broken. I contacted JSC and let them know the problem. They were quick to reply and I sent them the info requested. They will be sending me a return label so I can return the damaged product. I will be ordering again. The products themselves are high quality and to me, worth every penny.

Products are great !! I ordered them 3 weeks ago, so that took a minute ! However, I have ordered multiple times from the States and I know it can take a while. I didn't pay anything extra apart from the delivery fees on the official Jeffree Star website.

I won't deny that the customer service leaves much to be desired. I feel like JSC is doing great as far as putting quality products out there. I just ordered the new concealer and product wise, it was great! The best concealer I've used so far. The only thing I'm disappointed in was the shipping and customer service. The actual time from ordering the product to actually holding it in my hands wasn't bad (two and a half weeks, maybe three tops, but I can't remember what the quoted shipping time was supposed to be). I'll just say that being left in the dark the entire time wasn't the greatest.
