I have ordered things form JSC over the years and this is the first time I have had a problem I orders in thanksgiving and was told my order was placed and i should get a email soon I never got an email I put my order confirmation number that I got at check out in the order tracking on his sit 2 weeks later it said it could not find my order but the money was taken out of my account and now it is saying that if I put in more then one inquerry that it will place it to the back of the line it has now been a month i have not got my money back or heard from his customer service team it was a lot of money I want the products or my money.

What I was going to order for my Daughter was sold out. OK so went for a few other things (4) NOT sold out. It said it would be sent out in 10 business days. Rec a Email 10 day's after saying SORRY and it would be sent out on the 23th like YESTERDAY. I rec NO email yesterday saying "SORRY" again. But after the second email saying it will be sent out on the 23rd my Husband was trying to call AND call not A answer then he e-mailed AND AGAIN NOTHING. WOW I am very confused on the customer service. I understand right before black Friday or on black Friday but come on. This was not out of stock and now from order date to this post is exactly 27 days to rec something that was IN STOCK and that is coming from CA "MADE IN CA" . Anyway sorry Jeffery no more $$$ from the Post Family :-/ The HYPE you give is untrue :-/ …...……..UP DATE...……..! This may have been all my fault. There is a step #2 to have your product shipped :-/ I did don't know that but know I do. As soon as I did the other step today 12-30-19 just rec a message that our product was being shipped. Maybe this is what happed to others. Now just hope it arrives in perfect shape. I will change my the Rating to 3 because still not sure why this happed like this.

I ordered the new Hoe Hoe Hoe limited edition lipstick for xmas... I also got the blood sugar palette, blue freeze lip scrub, diamond juice gloss, and the ice cold highlighter.... I love everything except for the lip scrub and the lipstick. The scrub for me isn't really what I was expecting for the flavor. I really wanted the pink lemonade but it was sold out; next time I will just wait until it's restocked. As for the lippie.. I don't know. I feel like it was very rushed for the xmas launch. I am a red head and I am very pale, so usually dark reds look amazing on me... however, this was not the case. Not only did this lippie look WAY darker than the swatches, but it also bled really bad! Also, it was EXTREMELY hard to scrub off, even with makeup wipes! Everything else I loved! The only issue I have with the blood palette is that the one bright orange / red shade is not really that bright on the eyes as it is in the swatch. I loved everything else, but this lipstick was a let down. I will be giving it to my sister and hoping that she likes it more than I did.

Okay, so I just received my third jeffree star palette even after I hated the first two. I didn't want to believe they were not good. Well....it's safe to say I am pretty disappointed. They were all flops. there is nothing special there and the hype (for me) doesn't live up to the expectations. To compare two palettes I bought around the same time, I found my first Carli Bybel palette while I was searching around in Ulta and I fell in love with it. Became my staple palette. Smooth, buttery, huge payoff, not a lot of fallout and all for $20. Then I fell in line with the hype for the jeffree star palettes and there is literally nothing in any palette I've received that is worth the price you pay for one of them. Every palette I have of his is pretty chalky, requires you to work some layers on your eye before you get the look desired and there's fallout too. for $45. While I was at Ulta, I found out Carli Bybel came out with her new Anastasia Beverly Hills collab and there was also the Morphe x Jeffree Star palette, too. I chose the Jeffree star one because you get more for the price and I wanted to give it another shot. Got home, and it was still upsetting. Few days later, came back to get the Carli Bybel palette since I regret picking the jeffree one over a creator and previous palette of hers that had never let me down before. Got home and I LOVED IT. I know it's just comparisons but in my personal experience and the palettes I actually own, that's what I've learned and for the price and hype of Jeffree's palettes... overall, it is not worth it and I've tried so hard to fangirl over his cosmetics but for me, I just don't love it.

I ordered an item off his website on the 19th and paid for 2day shipping and the items is still not here not counting the holidays. I haven’t been updated or emailed about anything about the package besides on the 20th with them saying they have received my purchase and will ship it out soon. Frustrating I won’t be getting my Christmas gift to myself til most likely the new year.

Very good products. Very BAD SHIPMENT> please could you start working with a normal shipment company?

I have given Jeffree Star cosmetics a 3 star rating because my experience with the shipment was poor, but the products I ordered are great. So I would recommend ordering Jeffree Star cosmetics products by other websites than his own. Especially if you live outside the US, as I do. I ordered a lip scrup, a velvet lip (Mannequin) and a lip liner. All products are really good and perform as expected. (5 stars for that) But the shipment from the US to Europe... I ordered on October 31st. On the website the estimated shipping time was said to be 5-9 business days. I recieved my package on November 27th. On November 8th I finally got an email that my order had begun processing. Up to then I was not sure if I was scammed. But then I researched on the internet and I found out that late delivery seems normal for this company. (1 star for delivery) So I would recommend the products. If you have the opportunity, get them at a store or on a different website.
