I ordered 2 lipsticks and a lipscrub on blackfriday and my friend ordered things on the same day she got hers yesterday and mine hasn’t even shipped and it’s literally Christmas Eve I’m so disappointed and I would at least just like my money back but costumer service has yet to respond to my multiple emails I’m done with buying from his company

I ordered a palette and mirror as a Christmas present for a family member who’s visiting for the holidays on Black Friday. Later I received an email saying it would be shipped NO LATER THAN DECEMBER 19th. I just got an email this morning (Christmas Eve) saying it was JUST shipped from California. I’m in New York. Now I have no present for my family to open and I don’t see them again until next year. What do I have to do now, pay even more for shipping to mail it to them later? This is horrible. I don’t care how many orders you have, get a bigger / better shipping team. You can afford it. Beyond disappointed.

Ordered on Black Friday and still no shipping confirmation. It’s Christmas Eve! Got an email that my items would be shipped out no later than 12/19...no luck. New email says should be shipped out no later than 12/23. Still no products or email confirmation and it’s 12/24. They should have been better prepared for a huge launch before the holidays.

I ordered two items on November 25th and it just got shipped out the week of Christmas, so pretty much I won’t be getting my items until after Christmas which is pointless. I’ve contacted customer service about the issue and I didn’t receive an email back until a week later, I have to admit this company is terrible, every other website I ordered from I got my items on time but this company you need to order 3 months in advance. I will never order from this website ever again, I wish my girlfriend didn’t want to support this dude cause him and his company are very shady.

really do like jeffree Star but his site was very disappointing his coustomer service team is a joke you would think with all that money he has he would hire more help for holidays but I guess his customer's are not important enough to him I ordered almost a month ago all other products for different companies tart morph ULTA James Charles came in with time to spare but not jeffree I ordered before all the other companies yet I will get it after Christmas there is no number for coustomer service just an email and they take 3 days to get back if they ever do and just copy and paste a response NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY FROM THIS SITE

How hard is it to send a package, for blanks sake idk what’s worse their customer service or the fact they can’t even confirm a date of when the item will ship !!!! NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

Horrible!!! Absolutely horrible!!! Just like everyone else, I too, ordered on Black Friday and the fact that I haven’t even gotten a shipping confirmation in almost a month is RIDICULOUS. Yes, I already reached out to customer service and they don’t do anything. Screw this company and the fact that even though he’s a billionaire, his company can’t handle anything.

Awful experience. One month later I still don't have my products. Emailed customer service and got crappy canned response. They didn't even read my email. Terrible way to do business. I recommend you look elsewhere. If I don't have my purchase tomorrow, Christmas Eve, I'm stopping payment.
