HENRY
No payments and account closure
After months of waiting, I can finally say that I received all of my pending redemption payments, including the last one that had remained unpaid. Unfortunately, this only happened after I filed formal complaints with the BBB and the FTC. Before that, I contacted customer support many times and received the same generic responses without any meaningful progress. I appreciate that JefeBet ultimately honored the payments, and I have updated my review to reflect that. However, the redemption delays were far beyond what any player should reasonably expect. To make matters worse, after my complaint was resolved and all payments were completed, my account was permanently closed with allegations of "AMOE abuse," even though I had not submitted any AMOE entries for months because I had stopped participating while waiting for my overdue redemptions.

¡Hola Henry! Thank you for updating your review and acknowledging that all of your pending redemption payments have now been successfully completed and honored. We appreciate your patience throughout this process, though we sincerely apologize that it required external escalation to the BBB and FTC to achieve this resolution, as well as for the repetitive generic responses you experienced prior to that. Regarding the subsequent permanent closure of your account for "AMOE (Alternative Method of Entry) abuse," we understand your frustration, especially since you note that you had not submitted any mail-in entries for months while awaiting your overdue funds. Please be assured that our compliance team audits accounts retroactively. When an account is flagged for AMOE violations, the system evaluates historical submission patterns against our strict sweepstakes rules (such as formatting requirements, household limits, or envelope consistency), which can result in action being taken even months after the actual entries were processed. Thank you again for your honest feedback, which helps us identify critical areas where our customer support response times and redemption pipelines must improve. JefeBet Support
