Jefebet is a scam
Jefebet is a scam. Customer Service is poor. I followed the Jefebet Sweepstakes Rules Version 1.6, effective July 1, 2026, to a "t" when submitting my requests for their alternate mode of entry for Sweepstakes Coins. After mailing the requests and waiting, I received an email stating that my account had been deactivated and that the deactivation was final due to "AMOE abuse". I had never requested AMOE before. I requested that they tell me which specific rule I overlooked or where abuse was cited in their rules, but got no response. I am very careful about following the rules, so things like this don't happen. I was extremely disappointed because I liked playing the few games on their site that actually worked. They ask participants to submit their bank statement as part of the verification process. This is not an application for a mortgage and seems unnecessary. I am not happy with my experiece with Jefebet.

¡Hola Nicole! We hear your feedback regarding your account deactivation, your experience with customer support, and your concerns about our bank statement verification requirements. Having an account deactivated and being left without clear answers is an understandably frustrating situation. While we cannot discuss specific account statuses, compliance decisions, or deactivations in a public forum, account reviews and verification steps are in place to maintain platform security. That said, we recognize how disappointing this experience has been for you. Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback with us. We have recorded your comments and forwarded your message directly to our team. JefeBet Support
