I opened an account and bought GC while in Kentucky. It was the only purchases I made while I had the account, since I only had the account for about a week while I was down in KY. I never played any of the GC and did not know KY was a banned state. Jefebet suddenly closed my account because I had made my purchases while in KY. Jefebet took everything I had purchased, they received a full refund of the product I bought. The Jefebet TOS Section 3 (12) states, all purchases made while in Kentucky WILL BE REFUNDED. So I was expecting a refund since I didn't get to use the product I purchased, but Jefebet went against their TOS and sent me one email saying they are not refunding any of the purchases, even though they were made in KY, and that my account is now closed because I made purchases while in KY.. So I guess Jefebet doesn't have to honor their own TOS and can make up any rules they want.. WOW!!! WHAT A JOKE!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! DON'T PLAY JEFEBET IF YOU WANT FAIR PLAY.. I will make sure to let as many people know, in as many ways that I can to not play Jefebet because they are a bunch of lying CHEATERS!!!!!

Some parts of the site don't load, sometimes it's in all Spanish, there could be a better selection of games but I hit a decent win and on Saturday night I put in a withdrawal request and they do withdrawals only weekdays so Wednesday morning it was in my account which was really nice there was zero issue so I do recommend if you win and want an easy withdrawal.
