JeenJewels will be my first choice when I shop for diamond jewelry. Like a lot of people, I was very skeptical about buying jewelry online, especially diamonds. I had already been to multiple stores looking at ENGAGEMENT RINGS but I was disappointed by the quality of the product I was being shown. If I wanted to spend a lot more money, I could get what I was looking for. Then I found JeenJewels.com and I'm so glad I did. When I zoned in on the ENGAGEMENT RING I wanted, I couldn't wait for it to arrive. When I received the ring, it was far far better than expectation. The online pictures do not do justice to the beauty of the ring. I was very happy with my Jeenjewels.com experience and would recommend them 100%. I am taking time to leave a review now after my second purchase as after getting the engagement ring, I wanted to buy a matching wedding band. I thought it would take be at least another 2 years to save the money for the band. Since the prices at JeenJewels were so low, I could have purchased the band right away in my budget which was a big surprise but I was being cautious. Hence I waited to get the engagement ring first and then order the band if I liked the ring. This is my second purchase from JeenJewels.com. My first experience was seamless. What brought me back for the matching band purchase was: 1) Service and attention 2) Product 3) PRICES THAT CANNOT BE BEATEN My second purchase demonstrated the same experience. I received very attentive and detailed answers to the questions I asked. Although I am not a jewelry expert, I have found that the quality of my two purchases is far better than what I would have obtained in a local jewelry store in the same price range. Zero Complaints! Excellent service, speed, and quality! We LOVE our ring! I loved my experience with JeenJewels. I felt uncomfortable at first, because I would've felt safer with a big chain like Zales or Kay. But after seeing the rings at JeenJewels, we knew what we wanted, and the chain stores couldn't make a similar ring for the affordable price we were getting at JeenJewels. I opted to pay via Layaway option they offer. This further helped us maximize our budget. We are very pleased with how everything turned out. All in all, a great experience--I'm an average guy who was looking for an above average ring, and JeenJewels made it happen!

I have nothing but great things to say about JeenJewels. People sell jewelry but at JeenJewels, they sell relationships. You can find fine engagement rings in a lot of places but you wouldn't find the type of customer service you get at JeenJewels at any other Jeweler. I ordered a ring from jeen jewels on July 2 2017 for 49.99. Apparently the price was a typo and instead of honoring the price and sending me my ring, they simply refunded the money with no other communication and put the ring back in my cart at the correct price! As if I am going to buy anything from now. They should have honored the price or at the very least sent me an email apologizing and try and work something out with me but they did nothing. I have sent them an email but am still waiting for a response that I'm pretty sure will never come. Unexceptable! I will never do business with this company again and advised everyone else not to deal with shady company either!!

I just bought an engagement ring from JeenJewels a few weeks ago. I had a very good idea of what I wanted, so I just wanted to find the best ring I could within my budget. I didn't have a lot of money to work with, so I contacted JeenJewels and asked for their assistance. I was a little nervous that they would try to rip me off, but they did no such thing. They were very happy to help me find a great ring for not too much money. And when I compared the diamond and ring with other online retailers, the price was brilliant. I decided to get a princess cut diamond, with one small round diamond on either side of the center stone. I thought this would be a good way to maximize my budget and get more diamonds. The center stone wasn't huge, only just over half a carat, and the two sides were about a quarter carat each. I was starting to get worried it wouldn't be enough until I saw it in person. When the ring arrived and I opened up the box, I was amazed at what I found. All my worries were gone when I saw how beautiful the ring was! I can't wait to give it to my girlfriend! Thank you dearly! It was an excellent experience.
