JeenjewelsReviews of jeenjewels.com

I seriously can't even express how happy I am with my purchases. I bought my engagement ring with a matching wedding band. It looks even better in person, much better than the picture. The pictures do not do justice.  Jacob's help and customer service has made me over the moon! I will definitely buy from JeenJewels.com again. Perfect ring. I am so happy to write this review for them Very beautiful and high quality. Very professional store. Stayed perfectly on schedule with creating and shipping the ring. They even personally checked to make sure that all specifications were correct before completing order. Absolutely gorgeous and sparkly ring! The store responds to communication and my gorgeous, well-crafted ring came earlier than the expected time!  I'm so thoroughly pleased and highly recommend this shop! Thank you!! Can't wait to make another purchase.

I have had my engagement ring for about one year. I took very good care of it. Today (without banging it on something) just drying my hands the entire setting broke off!! The metal was already turning. They will not do anything for me. Some people I'm sure get lucky, but I would buy a $15 ring from the Dollar Store before choosing Jeenjewels. It seems like such a good deal for a reason!!!! Ohand doing what I do for a living, I can promise u that 90% of the good reviews are fake. Shame on u jeenjewels! Ur making it way too obvious... dumb.

Stay away from this company! Ordered a ring from Jeenjewels as a 3rd party seller at Walmart. After a month, received a totally different looking ring that appeared to be costume jewelry. I ordered a green, pear shaped, diamond ring in 10k rose gold & received a rough white stone in a white metal twig type setting. The setting was not marked as gold, was roughly made & very cheap looking. Emailed the company that I received the wrong ring -they want me to return this ring at my expense. Quality soooo low, I do not want a ring from them! I found that the image of the ring I bought was actually taken from an Etsy site.(The images even have the same piece of lint!) The owner of the Esty site has never heard of jeenjewels/jeenmata. I found images of other rings from other Etsy sites as well. Those owners have never heard of this company either. Also, CC was charged right off w/ no way to cancel.

Absolute Trash!!! Bought an engagement/wedding set that was supposed to be Rose Gold and it wore off within 2 weeks. Don't buy from these rip-off Artist!! Might as well get your ring from a gumball machine. Came with a certificate of authenticity which is about the same as guaranteeing a polished piece of poop!! Also, Jeenmata is a village in India.

Absolutely great ring. Great customer service. Incredible prices. I cannot say more for this company. They went over and beyond to help. Absolutely stunning ring. I will buy my wedding band from them as well. JEENJEWELS YOU ROCK. If you are looking for a quality product at affordable prices, I highly recommend them.

Bought a ring from Walmart from been Mata stated it's 2 caret princess cut and gold they sent a letter of authenticity and it's fake so contacting state attorney General of consumer protection along with Walmart refused to take back the ring and give me a refund or exchange when in the email says bring it in. So guess both parties are getting sued.

Found a ring offered on Amazon by Jeenjewels. Thought it was a good deal. I was wrong. This mangled piece of metal still sits in its case unused. When it first showed up I was heart broken. Edges were rough and unpolished. Diamonds were of very low quality and cloudy. I took it to a local jewelry repair shop to see if he could fix it and he flat out refused. Said by the time he would be done with it, there wouldn't be any metal left. Also said I wayyyy over paid for the quality of diamonds that were set in the ring. I contacted Jeen Jewels and they did agree to take it back and try to fix it. When it arrived the second time, it looked a little better but nowhere near even low store quality. It served its purpose for the proposal but was replaced a month later with something much better. Save yourself time, heartbreak and money by avoiding this company. On a side note, if you look at any of the positive reviews on this site, they are all literally written in the same format, with the same spelling errors and writing style. Wondering how many positive reviews Jeen bought with cash they ripped off from their customers. Also, check out their grade "F" rating with the BBB for more real and honest reviews

I just want to point out that nearly every positive review for JeenJewels on this website is written the same way and are divided into paragraphs with either 1 or 2 spaces...seems sketchy. I’m trying to find a good quality ring for a low price and came across JeenJewels on the Walmart website. Upon researching this company further, I keep finding conflicting reviews, including those on this website. Beware!
