Update: I got the bag which was in good shape. It did take a while for me to hear anything from vendor but I did get the bag. Order placed, charged and no response from merchant. I ordered a bag and asked for a condition report before processing. Charge went through but no response. I have requested to cancel order. I have had no response. Online, the site looked legit so I didn't check reviews. I see this is a repeat issue now.
