Purchase procedure was great but the indicator was unusable. Took up 100% of my CPU and caused ninjatrader to lag thus making it not possible to enter trades without significant slippage.

We take the feedback from our customers, very seriously and looked into this issue for this customer. Our indicator does require more resources than others due to the way it operates. We have received no other complaints regarding this issue, however, we did determine that in some limited circumstances, some slowdown might occur, depending on the configuration of the hardware and indicator settings. We quickly released a new update since that has improved the efficiency by quite a bit, making this a non-issue. The most important thing is that our customers make money with the system. We have many customers in our Discord posting real results of large consistent profits and are very happy with it!
