All of our engines and parts are imported from Japan between 40k and 55k miles. What sets us apart from any other company is our dedication to ensuring our customers have the best JDM purchase experience.From the moment we import and unload new items at our facility, they are handled with extreme care and are passed through a multi-point inspection process. They are neatly organized in our dry, humidity-regulated warehouse while they wait for their new owner. We keep the items as factory stock and original as possible. Any engine that does not meet or exceed OEM compression and performance specifications is never sold unless advertised strictly as a Mechanic's Special for custom jobs or projects.

Engine/Transmission ordered stated…
Engine/Transmission ordered stated 45-60k miles. After inspection of motor(scoped cylinders found no cross hatch on walls and one burnt piston).Performed compression test(#1-26lbs-#2-31lbs-#3-62lbs-#4-102lbs-#5-58lbs). Informed JDM engine zone and they refuse to issue a full refund. There warranty stated any problems with engine(catastrophic failure) and they will have engine picked up and issue a 100% refund. JDM told me to install the engine and see how it would run.Who in there right mind would ask someone to install a bad engine before giving a warranty.Had to get a lawyer and in process of suing for a refund that should have been issued without a problem.

Hello, Thanks for reaching out. When the engine was first received in the Northwest the customer stated that there was silicone on it and they wanted to return for that reason. Even for a low mileage engine, if an engine is used it will signs that it has been used and silicone is a normal occurrence in used engines. Moreover, that silicone was present in the actual picture of the engine they saw prior to purchase. We suggested the customer to install it. After that the customer reached out to us stating the engine had poor internal performance. We asked for any type of video evidence to submitted as proof for management in the form of a compression test. They refused and this point there was nothing that can be done on our end. We need documentation of performance issues before a return be authorized.

I bought a transmission for my 03 civic…
I bought a transmission for my 03 civic and installed it myself. I’m pleased with the easy checkout and reasonably quick delivery. The putter case of the transmission was in good condition other than the broken speed sensor. Not a real big deal sense I had one from my old trans. The operation of the transmission after install is great! I couldn’t be happier.

Slow delivery. Rude service.
Transmission was not delivered for nearly a week after I was promised that it would be when I ordered. When I called to enquire about delivery I was spoken to rudely and told that anyone near the phone answers it and "incompetent people answer our bussinesses phone and you shouldn't have made plans going by what you were told"
