My agent was very informative. He answered every question we had, and we had a lot of them.

Our representative was very approachable, and listened attentively to our concerns. He was always available and presented the information and options clearly. It was good having the video conferencing as we felt we really got to know our representative in a personal manner. Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and intelligent solutions to retirement investments.

We started using Melberg in 2007. With the markets going up and down a lot, we feel we have been in the right investments to keep our money secure. After 6 years, we have seen his company grow, but we still feel like we have very personal service. Thank you so much.

In researching a multitude of companies in which to invest retirement savings, J.D. Mellberg presented investment opportunites which best suited our needs. The information provided was very concise yet easy to understand in layman's terms. We were referred to another affiliate withing our geographic area and quickly developed a high level of confidence in Davis Financial Services, Jacksonville, Florida. Our association and investment opportunities have met and often exceeded expectations.

My wife and I had been researching annuity products for several months and after speaking to both a broker and insurance adviser were considering a variable annuity product. My wife, however, continued here research and began researching fixed annuities. We were then referred to Bruce Gray of GPS Financial in Walnut Creek. Bruce was easy to talk to (not pushy), answered all of our questions, and left us with information that we could take home and read. After more reading and more questions, we decided to go with the fixed annuity product that Bruce recommended. We feel that we made the right decision for us and are now sleeping more comfortably at night knowing that we will be in a good financial position when we are ready to begin making lifetime withdrawals.

Annual review (if it really exists) just doesn't cut it. I don't need an email every 20 minutes but a communication quaterly might reassure me you are still in business as well as the annuity company you sold me.
