We were impressed with the knowledge our representative exhibited in our dealings. He took his time explaining data to us and researching existing policies. We appreciated his patience with my wife and I since we are senior citizens. I have tried to talk to anybody there and set appointments up with Thomas Greenwell, and Kelly Valasquez, Cedric Keister. and none of them made the appointment, they all left me waiting by the phone. Trying to find out where the $250,000 I invested with them is at. These people can't keep an appointment how can they manage money? Never will I have any dealings with JD Mellberg AGAIN.
