They got NYS Dept of Taxation and finance to get the penalty and interest portion of my debt dropped. It took a lot of time and paperwork but I'm happy with the end result.

Hunter Miller—and later in the process, Erin Weisenborn—were absolutely phenomenal to work with. This entire situation was long, confusing, and honestly pretty frustrating.
