Great experience with this in home delivery, prompt, courtesy and delivered as promised. Carlos Viva and Joseph Santiago were awesome. Thanks guys

I recently had my Peloton bike delivered by Lucmane and his assistant. Lucmane was proactive and called approximately 20 minutes in advance of their arrival. They arrived shortly afterward and were immediately efficient. While inside my home, they maintained a high level of professionalism and were very nice. The setup was quick and efficient. I particularly appreciated their interaction because they were extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. Lucmane also installed the larger replacement seat that I had ordered. He provided a thorough explanation and demonstration of the Peloton bike's various adjustments. I am very happy with how smoothly the delivery and setup went. Lucmane and his assistant did an outstanding job. Thank you all very much for the great service and positive experience.

I had an excellent delivery and setup experience with JB Hunt for my Peloton bike. Luis and Jesus were absolutely outstanding! They delivered the bike inside my home, placed it exactly where I wanted it, assembled everything, and made sure it was fully working before they left. They were extremely professional, patient, and detail-oriented — even waiting while I connected the bike to my wifi and ensured everything was set up properly. It truly felt like white-glove service from start to finish. I ordered my Peloton from the Dallas NorthPark Mall location, and JB Hunt handled the delivery and setup flawlessly. Huge thanks to Luis and Jesus for such great service. I highly recommend them!

My experience with JB Hunt Home Delivery representative Michelle M has been excellent. She is knowledgeable, professional, and has a wonderful attitude. Michelle answered all of my questions and truly put me at ease, making me feel confident that my delivery was being handled with care and expertise. She is absolutely an asset to JB Hunt.

I just had a clothes dryer delivered from Walter and Randy, they were professional, respectful and just downright nice guys. Great job!

Aaron and his coworker (out of Dauphin PA) were courteous and professional. The were extremely careful in moving the refrigerator through tight spaces. They even knew how to level the replacement fridge. (The local appliance store original installers had no idea were or how to level.) With all the negative reviews I was very apprehensive but was pleasantly surprised.

We had JB Hunt for our last mile delivery from 4 Seating Company. Out drivers David and Dewey were absolutely amazing. They were both very professional and knowledgeable with the product. They not only did they deliver the seats but completed the installation. I could not have been happier with the process. I have been in transportation for over 50 years and these two gentleman set the bar for professional drivers. Thank you to both for making this a most enjoyable eexperience.
