I was not informed by email, SMS, phone call, or any other communication about flight rescheduling, I only became aware of the change when I checked my booking myself when i was going to the airport. This lack of notification has caused significant inconvenience and affected my travel arrangements, including transportation, accommodation, and important appointments. Highly requested that you investigate this matter and provide an explanation as to why I was not notified of the schedule change.

Highly unprofessional, client service inexistent. Don't waste your money on them

Really bad and just HORRIBLE customer service. Travelers at times can need support, so support them and don’t treat them like a cash cow.

Unacceptable treatment of special needs passengers by @JazeeraAirways. My autistic son was stopped at the gate and made to wait for supervisor approval to board simply because he was crying from line-waiting distress. Penalizing a neurodivergent child for sensory overload instead of offering standard assistance is clear discrimination. Ground staff urgently need hidden disability training.

Compagnie catastrophique . FUYEZ , ne réservez jamais un vol auprès de cette compagnie même si le tarif est attractif. Préférez payer légèrement plus cher mais prenez vite une autre compagnie. Cet été ils nous ont annulé 3 semaines avant , notre vol réserver et payer 6 mois avant !! Proposition ? Simplement le remboursement, à vous de vous débrouiller pour trouver un autre vol et bien entendu à vous de supporter la charge supplémentaire d’un vol de dernière minute alors que l’on vous annule un vol acheté il y a 6 mois La compagnie va vous dire « vous n’avez droit à rien d’autre selon nos conditions générales » La compagnie ne se préoccupe pas du tout des passagers alors À NOUS DE LES BOYCOTTER , réservons auprès d’autres compagnies ! ⭐ Very Disappointing Experience with Jazeera Airways Today was one of the most terrible travel experiences for me and my family. We were 4 family members with 4 confirmed tickets under PNR N2VMQL, SEQ 97. We arrived at the airport 4 hours before the scheduled departure, but due to the extremely long immigration queue, it took around 3 hours just to complete immigration. Despite reaching the airport well in advance, we were unable to reach the gate before it was closed. What was extremely disappointing was that the gate was closed without any proper announcement or calling for passengers. We received no reasonable assistance or consideration from the airline. As a result, all four of us missed the flight. Because of this, I have suffered a significant financial loss, including losing the value of our return tickets and having to pay almost three times more for the next day’s flight. We genuinely feel that we were treated very unfairly. This was not simply an inconvenience—it caused serious financial loss, stress, and disruption to our family trip. This experience has completely damaged my trust in Jazeera Airways. I will never book jazeera airways again even very cheep .

The worst especially the one in Dubai , just avoid them at any price

Worst flight ever My issue is not with Jazeera Airways enforcing its baggage policy—it’s with the lack of transparency and poor customer service. Cabin bags were weighed at the gate rather than during check-in, resulting in additional charges. I was also asked to pay for my personal handbag, despite my booking confirmation only stating a 7 kg cabin baggage allowance and 20 kg checked baggage allowance, with no mention of a separate handbag weight limit. The issue was only resolved after airport police intervened. The staff were unhelpful, dismissive, and unprofessional when asked simple questions. Overall, the experience felt more focused on collecting extra fees than providing good customer service. I hope Jazeera Airways improves its transparency and the way it treats its passengers.
